Особливості зовнішньої політики Індії в умовах російсько-української війни

Abstract

Російсько-українська війна внесла свої корективи в систему міжнародних відносин та кинула виклик сучасному балансу сил і правопорядку, посиливши конфронтацію між Заходом і Росією. Не залишилася осторонь й Індія, яка є одним із ключових гравців на міжнародній арені та змушена адаптувати свою дипломатію до нових реалій. Індія традиційно проводить багатовекторну зовнішню політику і продовжує активну співпрацю з Росією в економічній та військовій сферах. Країна має досить розвинену економіку, активно просуває свою позицію в міжнародних організаціях та на двосторонній основі, прагне посилити свій вплив в Азії. Тому дослідження особливостей зовнішньої політики Індії є актуальним, оскільки ця держава відіграє важливу роль у формуванні міжнародного порядку. Вивчення даного питання дозволило оцінити ефективність зовнішньої політики Індії в умовах російсько-української війни, побудувати можливі сценарії розвитку подій на міжнародній арені та визначити місце Індії в сучасному нестабільному світі. Об’єктом дослідження є зовнішня політика Індії. Предметом дослідження є особливості зовнішньої політики Індії в умовах російсько-української війни. Метою дослідження є визначення особливостей зовнішньої політики Індії в контексті російсько-української війни. За результатами проведеного дослідження встановлено, що зовнішня політика Індії формується під впливом низки внутрішніх і зовнішніх чинників, серед яких провідну роль відіграє історичний досвід держави [3]. Індія дотримується принципів нейтралітету, неприєднання та багатовекторності, що дозволяє їй балансувати між провідними світовими акторами [2]. У контексті російсько-української війни країна дотримується нейтральної позиції, паралельно підтримуючи співпрацю як з Росією, так і з державами Заходу [5]. Війна не спричинила суттєвих негативних наслідків для Індії, а навпаки дозволила закуповувати російські енергоресурси за зниженими цінами [1]. Водночас країна намагається підтримувати дружні відносини із Заходом з метою стримування зростаючого впливу Китаю та залучення іноземних інвестицій в свою економіку. В умовах глобальної нестабільності перед зовнішньої політикою Індії постають нові виклики, тому її подальші перспективи значною мірою залежатимуть від здатності ефективно реагувати на ці загрози.

The Russian-Ukrainian war has made adjustments to the system of international relations and challenged the modern balance of power and order, intensifying the confrontation between the West and Russia. India, which is one of the key players in the international arena and is forced to adapt its diplomacy to new realities, was not left out. India traditionally pursues a multi-vector foreign policy and continues active cooperation with Russia in the economic and military spheres. The country has a fairly developed economy, actively promotes its position in international organizations and on a bilateral basis, seeks to strengthen its influence in Asia. Therefore, the study of the features of India's foreign policy is relevant, since this state plays an important role in the formation of the international order. The study of this issue made it possible to assess the effectiveness of India's foreign policy in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war, to construct possible scenarios for the development of events in the international arena, and to determine India's place in the modern unstable world. Study object is India’s foreign policy. Scope of research – is the features of India's foreign policy in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Goal of research is to determine the features of India's foreign policy in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The results of the study show that India's foreign policy is shaped by a number of internal and external factors, among which the historical experience of the state plays a leading role [3]. India adheres to the principles of neutrality, non-alignment and multi-vectorism, which allows it to balance between the leading world actors [2]. In the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the country has maintained a neutral position, while maintaining cooperation with both Russia and Western countries [5]. The war did not cause significant negative consequences for India, but on the contrary allowed it to purchase Russian energy resources at reduced prices [1]. At the same time, the country is trying to maintain friendly relations with the West in order to contain the growing influence of China and attract foreign investment into its economy. In the context of global instability, India's foreign policy is facing new challenges, so its future prospects will largely depend on the ability to respond effectively to these threats.
