dc.description.abstract | Викладено результати дослідження хлороформного екстракту трави Ranunculus acris L., зокрема вміст біологічно активних речовин та антиоксидантну активність. Ідентифіковано 33 леткі сполуки: естери жирних кислот, вищі жирні кислоти, насичені вуглеводні (алкани), моноциклічні та біциклічні монотерпеноїди тощо. Встановлено, що хлороформний екстракт проявляє антиоксидантну дію. Значний вміст біологічно активних речовин у ліпофільній леткій фракції Ranunculus acris L. свідчить про перспективи подальших досліджень. | |
dc.description.abstract | The results of the study of the chloroform extract of the herb Ranunculus acris L. are presented, in particular the content of biologically active substances and antioxidant activity. 33 volatile compounds were identified: fatty acid esters, higher fatty acids, saturated hydrocarbons (alkanes), monocyclic and bicyclic monoterpenoids, etc. It was established that the chloroform extract has an antioxidant effect. In addition, the significant content of biologically active substances in the lipophilic volatile fraction of Ranunculus acris L. indicates the prospects for further research. | |
