Abstract
Розглянуто люстрацію як інститут перехідної справедливості, що має на меті запобігти рецидивам
авторитаризму, захистити демократичні надбання і формувати нову політичну систему. Виокремлено особливості, принципи та ресурси люстраційного процесу в Україні. The paper deals with lustration as an institution of transitional justice, aims to prevent recurrence of authoritarianism, protect democratic chievements and create a new political system. The principles of lustration and essential resources in Ukraine are defined in the article.
