dc.description.abstractThe paper explores digital vulnerability as a component of hybrid threats. Based on the analysis of CERT-UA reports, it demonstrates how user behavior — such as falling for phishing attacks targeting various environments, including social media — can trigger cyberattacks against both individual systems and national critical infrastructure.
