Abstract

Ця наукова стаття присвячена актуальним питанням відновлення та модернізації України в післявоєнний період, дослідженню стратегій відбудови і реконструкції економічних та соціальних структур в областях України, що зазнали руйнівного впливу внаслідок війни з росією. Дослідження базується на аналізі досвіду інших країн, що зазнали подібних випробувань, а також на вивченні успішних практик та можливих невдач у реалізації відновлювальних заходів. Робиться акцент на важливості співпраці між різними рівнями управління, громадськими ініціативами і міжнародною підтримкою для досягнення ефективних та стійких результатів. Стаття спрямована на здійснення практичного внеску у розв’язання проблем відновлення після військового конфлікту та на розширення теоретичного розуміння впливу військових конфліктів на суспільство та економіку. Стаття спрямована на розв’язання низки проблем, пов’язаних із відновленням областей України після військового конфлікту з росією. Однією з основних проблем є руйнування економічних та соціальних структур у зазначених областях, що потребує ретельного аналізу та стратегічного планування для їх ефективного відновлення. Важливим викликом є також необхідність визначення оптимальних стратегій відновлення, які враховували б унікальні вимоги кожного регіону і сприяли б швидкому та стійкому відновленню. Проблема також полягає у забезпеченні співпраці між різними рівнями управління, громадськими ініціативами та міжнародними партнерствами для досягнення синергії і максимізації результатів. Дослідження також має враховувати важливість відновлення інфраструктури, адаптації суспільства до нових умов, а також розглядати соціально-економічні наслідки конфлікту та їх вплив на розвиток регіонів. Така постановка проблеми дає змогу глибше розуміти складні виклики та шукати ефективні стратегії для відновлення після військового конфлікту.

This research article is devoted to the topical issues of restoration and modernization of Ukraine in the post-war period, the study of strategies for the restoration and reconstruction of economic and social structures in the regions of Ukraine that have been devastated by the war with russia. The research is based on the analysis of the experience of other countries that have experienced similar challenges, as well as on the study of successful practices and possible failures in the implementation of recovery measures. The paper emphasizes the importance of cooperation between different levels of government, civic initiatives, and international support to achieve effective and sustainable results. The article aims to make a practical contribution to solving the problems of recovery after a military conflict and to expand the theoretical understanding of the impact of military conflicts on society and the economy. The article is aimed at solving a number of problems related to the restoration of Ukrainian regions after the military conflict with Russia. One of the key problems is the destruction of economic and social structures in these regions, which requires careful analysis and strategic planning for their effective recovery. An important challenge is also the need to identify optimal recovery strategies that take into account the unique requirements of each region and promote rapid and sustainable recovery. It is also a challenge to ensure cooperation between different levels of government, community initiatives and international partnerships to achieve synergies and maximize results. The study should also take into account the importance of rebuilding infrastructure, adapting society to the new conditions, and consider the socio-economic consequences of the conflict and their impact on regional development. This formulation of the problem allows for a deeper understanding of the complex challenges and the search for effective strategies for recovery from military conflict.
