Abstract

У цій статті розглянуто роль і значення адміністративних угод у сучасній юридичній практиці. Мовиться про концепцію адміністративних контрактів, її основні аспекти та вплив на відносини між державними установами, громадянами та підприємствами. Особливу увагу надано правовому регулюванню адміністративних договорів, їх видам і процедурі їх укладення. У дослідженні проаналізовано роль адміністративних договорів у забезпеченні прав та інтересів сторін, а також у виконанні ними суспільних функцій. Виділено практичні аспекти застосування адміністративних угод у різних сферах управління. Ця стаття допоможе читачеві краще зрозуміти суть і значення адміністративних угод у сучасному правовому середовищі. Крім того, висвітлено аспекти правового регулювання адміністративних норм, особливо в контексті змін у правовій та судовій практиці. Також розглянуто можливі проблеми та перспективи розвитку інституту адміністративних контрактів у майбутньому. Аналіз нормативно-правової бази, що регулює укладення та виконання адміністративних договорів, проведено на основі головних аспектів українського законодавства та міжнародного досвіду. Враховано типи адміністративних контрактів, структури і процедури, пов’язані з їх укладенням, а також особливості моніторингу їх виконання. У статті також розглянуто проблеми і труднощі, що виникають під час реалізації адміністративних контрактів у сучасних умовах. Зокрема, питання, що стосуються законності та легітимності такої угоди, можливості зловживання владою з боку державних органів, а також забезпечення прав та інтересів фізичних осіб. Особливу увагу надано порівняльному аналізу адміністративних договорів з іншими формами судового розгляду, такими як адміністративні та цивільно-правові договори. Це дає змогу визначити особливості та переваги адміністративних угод під час узгодження суспільних відносин. In addition, the article discusses the existing aspects of legal regulation of administrative agreements, especially in the context of changes in legal and judicial practice.
