Item Містобудування Західної України епохи бароко (сер. XVII ст. – кін. Визначено вплив традицій європейського містобудування та історичні передумови формування західноукраїнської містобудівної культури. Розкрито особливості історико-містобудівного розвитку та проведено оцінку збереженості міст, оборонних, палацово-паркових, сакральних комплексів Західної України, які досягли найбільшого розквіту у період сер. XVII – кін. XVIII ст. Виявлено два головні шляхи розвитку містобудування – це закладення нових міст та проведення реконструкцій, модернізацій, розбудов існуючих містобудівних комплексів у бароковий період. Визначено риси функціональної програми міст та ідеологічне підґрунтя формування містобудівних комплексів барокової епохи, розроблено типологію містобудівних утворень досліджуваного періоду. Розкрито особливості розпланування нових міст та закономірності проведення реконструкцій, модернізацій та перебудов містобудівних комплексів у бароковий період. У результаті аналізу процесу містобудування Західної України барокової доби визначено періодизацію розвитку та розроблено теоретичні схеми реконструкцій розпланувальних структур історичних міст та ансамблів, що відповідають трьом етапам розвитку. Виявлено містобудівну спадщину епохи бароко Західної України та розкрито її європейський контекст. Розроблено загальні положення регенерації західноукраїнських цінних історичних містобудівних комплексів. In this research work we analyzed townplanning processes in Western Ukraine while the Baroque period. Also, the influence of the traditions of European townplanning and historical preconditions of the formation of Western Ukrainian townplanning culture was investigated. The list of the main factors that influenced the formation of the townplanning process in the western Ukrainian territories while the period of mid XVII - end of the XVIII century was set up. The peculiarities of historical and townplanning development are revealed in this research. The estimation of the preservation level of cities, defensive, palace-park, sacral complexes of Western Ukraine, which reached the greatest prosperity in the period of mid XVII – end of the XVIII century was made. Two main ways of townplanning development were identified: building of new cities and reconstruction, modernization and development of existing townplanning complexes while the Baroque period. The features of the functional program of cities while main evolutionary levels of their development were determined, the dominance of the representative function on the final stage of development was revealed. In this research work there was revealed the formative role of a whole set of established ideological concepts, on the basis of which new representative palace ensembles with gardens and parks in the Baroque towns were formed, as well as new city residences were built, new sacral-monastic complexes and fortification objects were developed. The bases of the compositional and space structure of cities of the XVII-XVIII centuries are presented. On concrete examples it is demonstrated the principles of regular planing and its combination with the system of compositional-planning axes, also, the latest methods of the formation of city-ensembles are discovered. A typology of townplanning structures of the studied period is formulated. The main features of the planning of new cities are revealed, basic planning elements of such objects are defined. We have investigated the evolution of townplanning complexes in Western Ukraine during the period of XVII - XVIII centuries and separated the main features of development of newly appeared and reconstructed cities. A number of similar approaches for the establishment of new cities and the reconstruction of existing cities, which are reflected in the same techniques of forming of the space composition of the town were identified As a result of the analysis of the townplanning process in Western Ukraine while the Baroque period, we determined the periodization and made the theoretical schemes of reconstruction of the planning structures of historical cities and ensembles in accordance with the three stages of their development. The urban heritage of the Baroque period in Western Ukraine was discovered and its European context was revealed. We propose to include to the State register of immovable monuments of Ukraine a number of townplanning objects that have lost the status of the city for nowadays, but which are especially valuable. The general conditions of regeneration of Western Ukrainian valuable historic townplanning complexes are developed. Проведено исследование градостроительных процессов Западной Украины барочной эпохи. Определено влияние традиций европейского градостроительства и исторические предпосылки формирования западноукраинской градостроительной культуры. Раскрыты особенности историко-градостроительного развития и проведена оценка сохранности городов, оборонных, дворцово-парковых, сакральных комплексов Западной Украины, которые достигли наибольшего развития в период сер. XVII – кон. XVIII в. Выявлено два главных пути развития градостроительства – это образование новых городов и проведение реконструкций, модернизаций, перестроек существующих градостроительных комплексов в барочный период. Определены черты функциональной программы городов и идеологическое основание формирования градостроительных комплексов барочной эпохи, разработана типология градостроительных образований исследуемого периода. Раскрыты особенности планировки новых городов и закономерности проведения реконструкций, модернизаций и перестроек градостроительных комплексов в барочный период. В результате анализа процесса градостроительства Западной Украины барочной эпохи определено периодизацию развития и разработаны теоретические схемы реконструкции планировочных структур исторических городов и ансамблей, соответствующие трем этапам развития. Выявлено градостроительное наследие эпохи барокко Западной Украины и раскрыто его европейский контекст. Разработаны общие положения регенерации западноукраинских ценных исторических градостроительных комплексов.Item Принципи регенерації ринкових площ історичних міст Західного регіону України(Національний університет "Львівська політехніка", 2016) Каплінська, Мар’яна ВасилівнаУ дисертації розглянуто ринкові площі історичних міст Західного регіону України як об’єкти культурної спадщини. Розкрито особливості їх розпланувальної, об’ємно-просторової, функціонально-просторової організації, конкретизовано типологію, встановлено стан збереженості та основні чинники руйнувань. Проаналізовано проблеми регенерації досліджуваних об’єктів у двох основних аспектах: пам’яткоохоронному та аспекті їх сталого розвитку. Розроблено теоретичну модель та алгоритм архітектурно-містобудівних рішень регенерації ринкових площ історичних міст Західного регіону України. Визначено шість основних архітектурно-містобудівних принципів регенерації: традиційності, ансамблевості, автентичності, наративності, інклюзивності, інноваційності. Розглянуто принципи екологічності, економічної доцільності. В диссертации рассматриваются рыночные площади исторических городов Западного региона Украины как объекты культурного наследия. Раскрыты особенности их планировочной, объемно-пространственной, функционально-пространственной организации, конкретизирована типология, установлено состояние сохранности и основные факторы разрушений. Проанализированы проблемы регенерации исследуемых объектов в двух основных аспектах: охраны культурного наследия и аспекте их устойчивого развития. Разработаны теоретическая модель и алгоритм архитектурно-градостроительных решений регенерации рыночных площадей исторических городов Западного региона Украины. Определены шесть основных архитектурно-градостроительных принципов регенерации: традиционности, ансамблевости, аутентичности, нарративности, инклюзивности, инновационности. Затрагиваются также принципы экологичности, экономической целесообразности. The aim of the thesis is to learn the prerequisites for the historic market squares regeneration and to determine in this frame the principles of making architectural and urban design solutions in these spaces. The market squares are examined as the objects of a special kind of cultural value – the urban one, and the regeneration – as the main way of their preservation and development that requires a particular, heritage-led approach. The thesis reviews the genesis of the market square as the main public urban spaces that have the two main preconditions in their development background – the right for regular market and the right for self-governing. The regularities of historic architectural and urban development of these market squares are defined for an approximate period of the 14th – first half of 20th centuries, as well as the main factors of their destruction in the second half of the 20th century and present time are analysed. The typological classifications for the architectural and urban structures (on the supersystem, system and elemental levels) are worked out for the market squares of historic towns and cities in the chosen region. The market squares of historic towns and cities are ranked by the stages of their preservation (focusing on the analysis of their transformations in the soviet period) The current period factors of their destruction are defined and analysed. Cultural heritage is considered a resource as well as the market squares regeneration an important factor of sustainable development. Thereby the problem of the regeneratin is analysed in two main directions: the preservation of market squares as complexe, complicated objects with the integrity of tangible and intangible cultural heritage (fourdimentional approach for understanding the phenomenon of their authenticity is proposed; the methods of identification the market squares as the objects of cultural heritage, guarding their planning and spacial structures are highlighted); and also in the direction of their sustainable development (the “right to the city” concept, transport problem, object design in the historic urban space). The theoretical models for architectural and urban space solutions in the frame of market squares regeneration are developed. The two kinds of principles are defined in the complex model of the regenertion. They are correlated with the causal (genesis, patterns of the market squares architectural and urban development, their actual state, integrity, preservation stage, development factors) and teleological determinism (by the interpretation of a market square as an object of cultural heritage, targeting the needs of present and future generations, strategic goal setting). The algorithm of regeneration is proposed, having in roots the decomposition on the basis of form and function complementary features into components and elements of three-dimensional, functional and spatial structures and technical solution. The 6 main principles of architectural and urban planning in the frame of the historic market squares regeneration aree developed: the principles of tradition, ensemble, authenticity, narrative, inclusion, innovation; also the environmental principle and the one of economic feasibility are touched.
