Вісник Національного університету "Львівська політехніка"

У Віснику опубліковано результати науково-дослідних робіт професорсько-викладацького складу, аспірантів та співробітників Інституту економіки і менеджменту Національного університету “Львівська політехніка”, а також вчених і викладачів інших наукових і навчальних закладів України. Серед економічних проблем чільне місце займають питання, пов’язані з інвестиційною привабливістю окремих галузей і підприємств, вирішення актуальних завдань поглиблення і розширення інноваційних процесів у різних сферах господарювання, з удосконаленням методів аналітичної оцінки діяльності підприємств. У своїх публікаціях автори значну увагу звертають на висвітлення проблем удосконалення системи управління інноваційною діяльністю, використання сучасних інформаційних технологій та інструментарію фінансового менеджменту у формуванні інноваційного потенціалу підприємств, особливості стратегічного управління, маркетингової діяльності, забезпечення розвитку кадрового потенціалу в сучасних умовах господарювання. Всі представлені матеріали знайдуть зацікавленого читача, вони будуть корисними не тільки для наукових працівників і викладачів ВНЗ, а й для практичних працівників різних галузей національного господарства і слухачів системи підвищення кваліфікації.

    Модернізація промислових підприємств як важлива передумова розвитку їх конкурентоспроможного потенціалу

    Зроблено спробу проаналізувати і узагальнити вплив основних організаційно-технічних і економічних чинників, які можуть впливати на прискорення розвитку конкурентоспроможності виробничого потенціалу українських промислових підприємств, охарактеризувати їх змістовне наповнення і сферу впливу в динамічних умовах прискорення науково-технічного прогресу і жорсткої конкуренції. В цьому контексті наголошується на ролі і значенні організаційно-технічних і соціально-економічних чинників у формуванні та ефективному використанні конкурентоспроможного потенціалу промислових підприємств. Зроблено спробу висвітлити важливість вирішення цього завдання застосування на промислових підприємствах новітніх технологій та забезпечення їх освоєння персоналом високого рівня кваліфікації. Наголошується на важливості і необхідності вирішення проблем прискорення процесів модернізації виробничого потенціалу вітчизняного машинобудівного комплексу. Зокрема йдеться про нарощування сучасного конкурентоспроможного потенціалу машинобудівних підприємств, які повинні налагодити випуск прогресивної техніки для переоснащення підприємств агропромислового комплексу, легкої та харчової промисловості, а також підприємств виробничої інфраструктури. Підкреслюється важливість застосування сучасних методів управління процесом модернізації, орієнтованих на ефективне використання інвестиційних ресурсів. Звернено увагу на підвищення ролі мотивації працівників підприємств у вирішенні проблем їх модернізації. Підкреслюється важливість застосування важелів матеріального і морального стимулювання персоналу. An attempt is made to analyze and generalize the effect of main organizational and technical as well as economic factors which can accelerate increase of competitiveness of the industrial production potential of Ukraine. Their content and scope of influence in the dynamic conditions of scientific and technical progress acceleration and hard competition are described. In this context the role and importance of organizational and technical as well as socioeconomic factors in formation and effective use of competitive potential of industrial enterprises are emphasized. An attempt is made to light up the importance of applying innovative technologies at industrial enterprises for solving this task and mastering these technologies by highly qualified personnel. The importance and necessity of solving the problems of modernization processes acceleration at production enterprises of domestic machine-building complex are emphasized. In particular, modern competitive potential of machine-building enterprises should be built. The progressive technologies should be used for re-equipment of enterprises of agro industrial complex, retail food industry, light and production infrastructure enterprises. The importance of applying modern methods of modernization control is underlined. Attention is paid to increasing the role of the enterprise workers motivation in solving modernization-related problems. The importance of applying financial and moral stimulation of personnel is stressed.

    Мотиваційні аспекти створення інноваційних START-UP на платформі ВНЗ

    Обґрунтовано, що в Україні вже сьогодні створено умови для формування start-up на платформі ВНЗ, при цьому доведено, що всі учасники start-up –підприємства, фірми, ВНЗ, викладачі, студенти тощо – мають чітко виражену мотивацію. На основі проведених досліджень сформовано рекомендації щодо законодавчого закріплення деяких елементів мотивування інноваційного процесу. Розроблено методи для створення та управління start-up на платформі ВНЗ в умовах сучасного стану економіки України. The article proves that in Ukraine the conditions are created for the formation of startups on the platform of universities. It is proved that all participants of start-ups – companies, firms, universities, teachers, students etc. – have a clear motivation. The recommendations are made on the basis of research for legislative consolidation of some elements motivating the innovation process. The methods are obtained for creating and managing start-ups on the platform of Universities at the present stage of Ukrainian economy development. Today in Ukraine a number of companies buy foreign technologies, a number of firms and companies buy the components, from which high-tech products are assembled. As a result, they pay to the owners of intellectual property from foreign countries. Thus, today Ukraine is funding the innovative economic development of foreign countries. The current situation in Ukraine can be called “an innovation trap”. It is necessary to change the rules on the market of innovative technologies to go out from this innovation trap. The paper proves that the development and production of innovative products should move to Ukraine; it concerns both production and scientific research. Due to this the necessary conditions will be created for using scientific potential at domestic universities. It will also help to create the basis of startups producing innovative ideas needed by business. This paper analyzes the sources of financing start-ups on a platform of universities, as well as special funds and endowments. It is proved and illustrated by an example that the start-up on the platform of the university is a source of independent funding for University’s special fund or the endowment fund. The features are described for creating and financing innovative start-ups at universities. Motivation of all participants of start-ups is described. The recommendations are elaborated for the improvement of certain elements of the Bill on Innovation, and it is proposed to adopt the legislative responsibility of the actor’s start-up in case of not fulfilling its obligations. In particular, the situation is described, when a start-up created at the university is financed by external sources, i.e. public or private funds.

    Особливості інноваційної діяльності малих підприємств

    Розглянуто сутність інноваційної діяльності малих підприємств та її значення для їх розвитку. Проаналізовано рівень інноваційної активності малих форм підприємницької діяльності. Виділено переваги та недоліки забезпечення інноваційної діяльності малих підприємств порівняно з середніми та великими компаніями. Досліджено негативні фактори, які впливають на інноваційну діяльність малих підприємств та способи їх подолання в Україні. Проаналізовано основні способи підтримки інноваційної діяльності малих підприємств за кордоном, зокрема, в країнах Євросоюзу та в США. З’ясовано напрямки підвищення рівня державної підтримки інноваційної діяльності підприємницького сектору та запропоновано шляхи активізації інноваційної діяльності вітчизняних підприємств. The essence of innovative small businesses and its implications for their development, and also the main characteristics that identify a company as innovative active were considered. The level of innovation activity of small forms of business in Ukraine was analyzed, namely, by type of implemented innovation and novelty in terms of sales of innovative products. Advantages and disadvantages of providing innovative small businesses were compared with medium and large companies. Studied the negative factors that affect the implementation of small enterprises innovation and ways to overcome them in Ukraine. It was analyzed the basic ways to support innovative small businesses abroad, particularly in the EU and the US. It is shown deterrent of innovation and small business areas raising public support for innovation business sector. Ways intensify innovation of domestic enterprises were suggested, including raising public support by improving the institutional and legal framework; activation of most companies in the areas of study of customer needs, researching innovative ideas, organic attraction innovation in strategy development, greater involvement and autonomy to employees; implementation of special programs of innovative development, the formation of innovation infrastructure, establishing close cooperation between research institutions and enterprises based on commercialization, development and implementation of an efficient financial support of algorithm innovation.
