    The article aims to compare the moods in the lyrics of famous modern artists of various genres (from pop to rap) and to understand what emotions dominate in the lyrics that listen to modern youth. The lyrics of three famous artists were chosen for this: Taylor Swift (due to his significant influence on pop culture in general), BTS (due to their significant influence on young people around the world), and Eminem (as a cult representative of rap culture).

    Information system for online ordering of medicines for people with disabilities

    Abstract. The purpose of writing this article is to create an information system that can help make online orders of medicines for people with disabilities and receive their parcels at home or in the post department. This is very relevant today because, in Ukraine, there are almost no pharmacies with home delivery of medicines, and pharmacies that provide home delivery have several weaknesses. The object is methods of online sales to people with disabilities. This article considers the major advantages and disadvantages of existing systems.

    Information system for converting audio Ukrainian-language text into written one based on NLP methods and machine learning

    Speech recognition provides various ways to analyse and process a user's recorded voice. It allows people to control different systems that are using one of the types of speech recognition. Speech-totext conversion is also a type of speech recognition that uses unscripted conversational data for further processing. This system involves several steps to process an audio file using electro-acoustic tools, sound filtering algorithms to find only relevant sounds, electronic datasets for the chosen language, and mathematical models that find appropriate words for a list of phonemes. People whose professions are related to typing large amounts of text using the keyboard can significantly speed up, facilitate the work process and reduce stress using systems that convert Speech-To-Text. In addition, such systems help businesses because remote work is becoming increasingly popular, and companies need tools for translating recorded audio from meetings to text for further analysis and systematization. The work's study object is converting audio in the Ukrainian language into its textual representation using NLP methods and machine learning. The scope of the research is audio file processing algorithms for finding relevant sounds and recognizing phonemes, as well as mathematical models for identifying words using an array of found phonemes. The work aims to design and develop an information system for converting audio in the Ukrainian language into its textual representation. According to the developments and calculations presented in work, namely: analysis of algorithms, areas of application and review of analogue problems in the first stage, the system analysis of the information system in the second stage and analysis and selection of relevant technologies and software development tools in the third stage, the information system for converting audio in the Ukrainian language into its textual representation was implemented in the form of a web application called «Ukrainian Speech-to-text», which is a technology for accurate and easy analysis of Ukrainian-language audio files and their other transcription into text. The application supports uploading files from the file system, recording them using a microphone, and saving the analysed data. The system is ready for use.

    Information system for forecasting sales of the range of building materials on the online trading platform based on the neural network tensor flow

    This work is devoted to creating a system for forecasting sales of building materials numbers on the online trading platform based on the neural network Tensor flow. It was decided to develop an information-analytical system by building a tree of goals and analysing the hierarchy. The system is created as an application that runs in a web browser. The application will be available to everyone with the ability to add restrictions later. Sales forecasting is done by obtaining data from various APIs and working with ready-made data sets, allowing you to forecast the future product offer dates. To get a sales forecast, you need to enter data, train the model, validate our finished model and make a forecast.

    Information system of virtual reality tour of the ISN Department at LPNU with elements of full immersion as a platform for an open day

    Virtual reality (VR) is an important technology that allows significant progress to be made in under-covered areas. Immersive multimedia, or virtual reality, is a computer-simulated environment that can mimic a physical presence in the real or imagined world. Innovative applications, such as high-tech systems that integrate display technology, modelling technology, network technology, artificial touch technology, and computer graphics technology have made VR a breakthrough in technology. Virtual reality tours are one way to simulate a presence in a city where a person cannot be physically present at the moment. When viewing virtual tours with videos or photos, a person sees only a flat image and cannot interact with it. Thus, the effect of the fact that it is present in that place is lost. Virtual reality, with the result of complete immersion, eliminates these disadvantages almost completely and allows you to interact with objects located in the virtuality of the scene with the natural movements of your body. In addition, in a short period, with her help, she can visit many places without leaving home, which in real life cannot be done because you need to get to certain areas, which takes time. The research's objective is to conduct an interactive virtual reality tour of the ISN Department of LPNU. The research subject is the means and methods of designing and developing information systems for the virtual reality tour of the ISN Department of LPNU. The practical significance of the obtained results is the implemented information system of the interactive tour of the ISN Department of LPNU. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the information system of virtual reality, which is designed for a tour of the ISN Department of LPNU with elements of complete immersion as a platform for an open day.

    Information system for sounding Ukrainian-language text based on NLP methods and machine learnin

    This work is devoted to developing an information system for sounding Ukrainian-language text based on NLP methods and machine learning. The authors analyzed the pros and cons of the implemented software solutions for the Ukrainian-language text and took them into account during the implementation of the information system. Methods and frameworks that ensure theapplication's correct, fast and stable operation are also described. A user manual has been created for the correct use of the created system. All processes of using the program are shown, and the control example for productivity confirmation and work of the program is analyzed.

    System of analysis and recommendations for premedical care

    The article describes the features of creating a system of analysis and providing recommendations for premedical care. A methodological study on the relevance of the subject area, analyzed existing systems-analogs, outlined methods and approaches to design. The system has been designed using a structural approach, design tools have been selected and a software tool has been developed that implements the functionality of analyzing and providing recommendations for premedical care. Further research will focus on testing the system and developing related modules.

    The article analyzes the well-known systems providing recommendations for the pets care, shows their shortcomings and reflects the relevance of this task. A systematic analysis of the subject area and its designing using a structural approach were carried out. The existing software tools, that can be used to solve this problem, were analyzed. An information system providing recommendations for the pets care has been developed and its work has been verified.

    Multilingual voice user’s messages recognising and translating based on telegram bot and speech-to-text technology

    Converting users’ voice messages into text is an urgent task because it is very convenient. Many people send voice messages because it saves users time. After all, writing text by hand is a longer process than recording a voice. But there are cases when the people to whom thevoice message was sent do not have the opportunity to listen to it. It becomes a severe problem when the user thinks there may be something fundamental in this message, and the thought of it will not give him peace of mind until he can listen to it. At this point, a telegram bot that I will develop during this course may come to the rescue. The user will send the received voice message to the Bot, which with its functionality, will convert the voice into text, which will be sent to the user after the conversion. It allows the user to learn about the contents of the voice message without listening to it. The object of further research is the conversion of users’ voice messages into text. The study subject is to send a message with the text that will be received as a voice message conversion result that will be received from the Bot user.

    Telegram bot development based on with text-to-speech functions and text recognition from an images

    The goal is to develop a telegram bot that will have the functionality to convert text to voice message and recognise text from images. Currently, photo text recognition is an urgent task. It will expand the functionality of the telegram even more, and people can receive the finished text without leaving the application and without using different services for this, which takes more time. The object of further research is the process of text converted into a voice message and the recognition of text from images. The research subject is methods and tools to receive a message with text that will be read from a picture sent by the user and accept a voice message in response to the text sent by the user. Not many telegram bots can recognise text from a photo or convert text to a voice message, but no bot can perform these two functions simultaneously. It indicates that this Bot will be able to interest people with its scientific novelty, increasing the total number of its users.

    With the emergence of new digital technologies in the world, the demand for basic digital skills has grown dramatically. To keep up with the times it is necessary to be literate in the use of Internet resources and digital technologies. It is important to note that at the moment, the higher the level of digital literacy among the population, the more able-bodied citizens. According to data for 2020, in the ranking of countries on the digital development of Kazakhstan is among the promising countries (Figure 1). Following global trends, Kazakhstan can be on a par with such countries as the U.S. or South Korea (Figure 2). Young people are the promoters of digital development in every country. This article proves the effectiveness of "Media Technology" as one of the tools of information technology, in teaching young people digital literacy.

    Turkish chatbot app

    Today, e-commerce sites and many sectors use chatbot applications to provide customer service. Chatbots appear in customer service as well as sentiment analysis, marketing and diagnostic applications. Chatbot systems form the infrastructure of voice assistants in new generation operating systems. These voice assistants, which can perform different tasks from setting an alarm to making a hair dresser appointment, have deeply influenced and developed the human-robot relationship. The aim of this project is to examine the performance of the chatbot produced with BoW method, and to reveal the advantages and disadvantages.

    Stages of creating an program „The dictionary of abbreviations”

    The paper provide an algorithm for creating a software product - "Dictionary of Abbreviations" and a list of the most common, which occur in the texts of instructions for medicines. The article outlines the object, subject, methods, language material and structure of the work. As first provides an overview of the; description of the concepts "abbreviation", "acronymization" and highlites the creation of a factual basis and the algorithm for creating a program "Dictionary of abbreviations" using computer programs AntConc and Python. Such a dictionary will help not only in the correct translation of abbreviations, but also improve the texts of professional terminology. The translation of professional terminology, which contains terms and abbreviations, is the subject of much debate among scholars. When translating abbreviations, the difficulties that arise in the process of interpreting abbreviations in text of the instructions for medical preparations, have been studied. The text of the instructions for medical preparations (1400 in total, 700 in each of the studied languages) served as the material of the study.

    Sentiment analysis is a computational branch of research into people's thoughts, moods,emotions, and attitudes. This fascinating problem is becoming increasingly important in society. The emergence and rapid development of sentiment analysis is associated with the popu arity of social media, discussions on forums, blogs, etc. Considering that this data is full of diverse judgments, moods, and ideas about the world, user content has become the subject of research by a wide range of scientists. There is a need for automatic sentiment analysis, whereas the amount of data is extremely large. Sentiment analysis offers many complex research tasks. It also includes useful information for anyone interested in sentiment analysis and social media analysis. The widespread use of social networks and their role in modern society is one of the most interesting innovations in recent years. The close links that often arise between users create a space for discussions that motivate, engage, and unite people with common goals and encourage various forms of collective actions. Data from the web allows us to understand and explain many complex social phenomena and anticipate them. Only in the case that data is correctly collected and analysed. In this context, sentiment analysis tries to make clear what people think. Furthermore, it provides ideas, models, and algorithms that can turn unstructured text into informative data.

Finding an empty parking space in the parking takes a lot time, and an efficient and effective parking system is needed to meet this parking demand. In this paper, we studied both traditional and puzzle parking lots to provide parking in congested areas. The study focuses on both theoretical and practical aspects, and we have covered both in this study.

    Inclusion of disciplines by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

    The article analyzes the procedure for including disciplines in the individual educational trajectory of the student. This problem can be solved using multi-criteria decision-making methods. Methods based on this methodology are described, namely: method of analysis of hierarchies; method of analytical networks; method of analytical networks based on fuzzy logic; BWM; VIKOR. Among the given methods the classical method of the analysis of hierarchies with use of ontological representation of the description of a subject is chosen. Calculations and determination of the discipline from the proposed alternatives according to the established criteria, using the method of analysis of hierarchies. The obtained results will be used in creating an information system for the formation of individual educational trajectory of the student.

    Smart cleaner design

    In the study, using today's advanced technologies, a smart robot vacuum cleaner design and simulation is presented that will make people's lives easier and help them with cleaning. Accordingly, in the smart vacuum cleaner design we will make, our robot will have the ability to move autonomously, independent of human beings. While it moves autonomously, it will detect the objects around it with the sensors we use and avoid possible collisions. And in the simulation program we will use, it will create a map of the environment it is in and mark the locations of the objects here. Our project consists of two main parts. The first of these is the creation of a mechanical and electronic prototype of the robot, and the other is the simulation of the robot for location determination and mapping processes in the simulation environment as future work. In addition, in our project, we will develop a mobile application that runs on the Android operating system and will enable the robot and the user to communicate via the Bluetooth module. Through this mobile application, which will have certain modes, the user will be able to take control of the robot manually whenever he wants, and he will be able to make the robot move autonomously again whenever he wants.
