The essence of ecological labeling and the procedure for its
implementation in Ukraine and in the EU are explored. The
main purpose and the necessity of environmental labeling are
substantiated. The characteristics of the most popular ecolabels
are given.

concerning food quality and safety and was arranged EU
demands regards to food safety. There were determined the
basic business concerns of the domestic enterprises in the
process of manufacturing and marketing food products
