На прикладі закону тотожності критикується класичний спосіб формально-логічної експлікації теоретичних положень. Обґрунтовується необхідність впровадження до технічного арсеналу логіки відповідних негативних конструкцій і форм. In the paper, on the example of the principle of identity, the classic method of formallogical explication of theoretical positions is criticized. The necessity of introduction to the technical arsenal of logic of corresponding negative constructions and forms is substantiated.
