The article deals with the problem of basic characteristics of the stream of consciousness as the major notion of phenomenological conception of immanent time, created by E. Husserl. The notion of stream of consciousness characterizes both specific features of onsciousness and the science about it. Herewith phenomenological analysis of immanent time becomes the basis for the learning of stream of consciousness. It has been stated that self-presentation of stream of consciousness is its important feature. This fact lets us say that it should by study with reference to its mobility. Selfpresentation of the stream of consciousness does not require any other stream; it is a fully selfconstituent phenomenon. Essential unity of stream of consciousness is also established as one of the key features. Therefore, the existence of two or more streams of consciousness is impossible. Two simultaneous experiences that are synthetically connected in one consciousness create a single stream of consciousness. This unity of experience is closely connected to its temporal unity. Therefore, immanent time is constructed as a single unity for all objects and processes. All acts of consciousness are formally connected into single stream. This form is the on-going transition ьof Now into No-Longer-Now and of Not-yet-Now into Now. The article presents the results of analysis of absolute temporal stream of consciousness from the point of view of its relation to the process of its constituting and the interrelation of the changing and the unchanging within it. The principal feature of stream of consciousness is that it cannot include any Non-stream in it, since the cycle of its phases never stops because it would mean the stop of stream of consciousness itself. Such is the formal structure of the stream of consciousness. The form is determined by the fact that now is constituted due to the initial impression, to which the retentions and potentials are joined. The process of constituting is based upon retention, which include two intentionals in it. The first intentional, also known as vertical intentional, is concentrated on the object. The second intentional (or horizontal intentional) is concentrated on the retention itself. In general, due to the vertical intentional objective time is constructed, while the horizontal intentional is responsible for cvazi-time relation between different phases of the stream of consciousness. Key words: time, phenomenology, intentionality, retention, protention, reproduction, temporal stream of consciousness.

In the present paper the possibility of using the phenomenological approach for investigation of political problems is analyzed. The author pays attention to the phenomenological political philosophy as a result of “openness” of phenomenological movement. Main ideas of phenomenological political philosophy originating from the phenomenological concept of history, ontology of the political, and phenomenology of political world are also explored.
