Шелухіна(Видавництво Національного університету «Львівська політехніка», 2004) Турчин, ЯринаПроаналізовано праці відомого українського громадсько-політичного діяча, вченого, правознав¬ця кінця XIX - початку XX ст. С. Шелухіна. На основі досліджуваного матеріалу виділено основні складові української національної ідеї: мова, релігія та право, які відіграють консолідуючу роль у відновленні української державності. Показано, що чинники єдності нації не можуть бути однотипними, а перебувають у внутрішній духовній єдності і солідарності. The works of the famous Ukrainian statesman, the scientist, the lawyer at the close of the XIX century and at the beginning of the XX century S.Sheluhin have been analyzed. On the basis of the research material the main components of the Ukrainian national idea are marked out. They are language, religion and law, they play a consolidating role in the process of restoration of the Ukrainian state. It is shown that the things which unite the nation can not be of the same type but are in the inner spiritual unity and solidarity.Item Особливості партнерства між Україною та Вишеградською групою у контексті сучасних геополітичних викликів(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Турчин, ЯринаПроаналізовано особливості партнерства між Україною та Вишеградською групою на сучасному етапі розвитку міжнародної системи. Обґрунтовано потребу переосмислення функцій Вишеграду. Зроблено висновок про те, що Вишеградська четвірка попри наявність розбіжностей щодо українсько-російського конфлікту на офіційному рівні все ж підтримує позицію України, є зацікавленою у співпраці з Києвом з метою формування зони безпеки, стабільності та демократичного політичного режиму. The article analyses the features of the partnership between Ukraine and the Visegrad group at the current stage of the international system development. It is proved that both the transformational experience of the Central European countries and the search for allies, having a real influence on the intensification of the relations of Kyiv with Brussels and NATO, are of great importance for the Ukrainian community. The author substantiates the need for reconsidering the functions of the Visegrad Four, revealing the most favourable cooperation mechanisms with Ukraine under conditions of the reinforcement of separatist movements, terrorist organisations and Russian external aggression. The current conflict in eastern Ukraine shows that the Russian Federation totally ignores the international law and order and it is regarded as an impetus to a new stage of the Visegrad Four development. The settlement of the armed confrontation by means of the EU tools, the provision of the comprehensive support to Ukraine in the process of the European integration and strengthening its international image as a democratic European state are considered to be predominant. On the other hand, a successful implementation of the European foreign policy by Kyiv combined with effective internal reforms is an important precondition for the full realisation of the national interests by the Visegrad Four countries in the international arena. The paper concludes that the Visegrad Group supports Ukraine despite the existence of disagreements concerning the Ukrainian-Russian conflict at the official level and it is interested in cooperation with Kyiv to establish a security zone, stability and a democratic political regime.Item Українська держава та закордонне українство в Польщі: особливості взаємодії(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Турчин, ЯринаЗ’ясовано, що значну роль в утвердженні України як впливового актора міжнародної взаємодії відіграє сучасне закордонне українство, що є важливим демографічним, інтелектуальним, соціокультурним та інформаційним ресурсом країни. Виявлено найефективніші форми взаємодії України та закордонного українства та способи збереження етнонаціональної ідентичності української спільноти в Польщі. Визначено причини низького рівня політичної активності польського українства. It is found that contemporary Ukrainians living abroad play a significant role in strengthening Ukraine as an influential actor of international interaction, with this being an important demographic, intellectual, sociocultural and informational resource of the country. The relevance of the topic is proved from several positions, including the following: the most active and progressive part of Ukrainians have found themselves abroad; political forces of modern Ukraine do not only perceive the countrymen living abroad as a domestic electoral sector, but also as a powerful factor in the implementation of foreign policy goals; and the format of the government’s attitude toward foreign countrymen is a kind of indicator of the quality of state building. The publication is aimed at identifying the most effective forms of interaction between Ukraine and the Ukrainians living abroad. Support and development of Ukrainian educational establishments, provision of state scholarships for young people to study at universities in Ukraine, establishment of Ukrainian cultural centers, support of Ukrainian libraries and media, improvement of legal protection of migrant workers, etc are recognized as important factors of preserving the ethno national identity of the Ukrainian community in Poland. The conclusion is made as to the insufficient level of activity of modern Ukrainian community living in Poland in the approval of the international positions of Ukraine, the popularization of everything which is «Ukrainian», the support of the nation development process, etc. Meanwhile, living abroad Ukrainians are in dire need of support from the «parent» state, not only in the ideological sense but also financially. The low level of political involvement of Polish Ukrainians is explained by several reasons: the dispersed nature of the Ukrainian population in Poland, heterogeneity of Ukrainians living in Poland, the established negative stereotype of the Ukrainian people which exists in the prevailing consciousness of Poles, and too little support of the Ukrainian diaspora on the part of Ukraine. The slow pace of democratization of the national political system, the poor state of the economic sphere as well as the confidence of a significant part of Ukrainians living abroad in «anti-national» orientation of some parties and party leaders of Ukraine are defined as the main causes that do not contribute to the strengthening of the interaction between Ukraine and the diaspora.Item Проблема державно-церковних відносин у європейській філософії(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Турчин, ЯринаItem Інституційні механізми захисту прав національних меншин у політологічній концепції О. Бочковського(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Турчин, ЯринаПроаналізовано погляди відомого теоретика української політичної думки міжвоєнного періоду О. Бочковського щодо можливих шляхів реалізації прав національних меншин. Доведено, що поєднавши етнічний і територіальний принципи формування держави, широку реалізацію прав національних меншин О. Бочковський представив як початковий етап національного самовизначення. Виокремлено основні чинники, які визначають статус національної меншини у державі. The paper analyses the viewpoints of the famous theorist of Ukrainian political thought of the interwar period O. Bochkovskyy on the possible ways of national minorities’ rights implementation. It has been proved, that by combining ethnic and territorial principles of state formation O. Bochkovskyy presented wide implementation of national minorities’ rights as initial stage of national self-determination. The key factors of determining the national minority’s status in the state have been singled out.Item “М’яка сила” України в Польщі: особливості та механізми реалізації(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Турчин, ЯринаПроаналізовано основні складові стратегії “м’якої сили” України в Республіці Польща на двох рівнях її реалізації – офіційному та громадському. Розглянуто такі параметри “м’якої сили” української держави, як внутрішній і зовнішній курс країни, впливовість української громади в РП, популярність української культури, робота ЗМІ у створенні українського “бренду” тощо. Зроблено висновок про потребу посилення демократичних реформ в Україні як головного інструмента реалізації “м’якої сили” держави. The basic components of Ukrainian “soft power” strategy in Poland were analyzed in this article. The evaluation was realized in two levels of its implementation, one of them was official level and another - public level. Such parameters of Ukrainian state’s “soft power” were observed as an internal and external course of the country, the influence of Ukrainian community in Poland, the popularity of Ukrainian culture, an activity of mass media in creating of Ukrainian “brand” and so on. The conclusion of this article was about need to strengthen the democratic reforms in Ukraine as the main instrument of state’s “soft power”.Item Принцип самовизначення народів у політичній концепції О. Ейхельмана(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2011) Турчин, ЯринаРозглянуто політичні погляди О. Ейхельмана – відомого науковця, громадсько політичного діяча та ідеолога українського національно-визвольного руху 1917–920 рр. Проаналізовано його підхід до розуміння змісту принципу самовизначення націй та можливості його використання у вирішенні українського питання. Акцентовано увагу на механізмах реалізації принципу територіальної цілісності держави і захисту національних меншин, вироблених О. Ейхельманом. Доведено актуальність політологічних розробок ученого. Political views of O. Eihelmann a famous scholar, public and political figure and ideologist of Ukrainian national liberation movement of 1917–1920 are considered. His approach to declassification of the principle of national selfdetermination and its possible application for resolution of Ukrainian question is analyzed. The focus is on mechanisms of realization of the principle of territorial integrity of the state and protection of national minorities, worked out by O. Eihelmann. Relevance of political working-outs of the scientist is proved.Item Теорія кельтського походження України-Русі С. Шелухіна та її значення в обгрунтуванні легітимності процесу відродження української державності 1917–1920 рр.(Видавництво Національного університету “Львівська політехніка”, 2006) Турчин, ЯринаРозглянуто політичні погляди С. Шелухіна стосовно історико-правових підстав української державності, досліджено кельтську теорію походження України-Русі. З’ясовано, що суспільно-політичні погляди вченого не втратили актуальності. Вони можуть бути використані органами державної влади, політичними партіями, громадськими організаціями у процесі розбудови самостійної незалежної України, становлення демократично-правового суспільства. Shelukhin’s political views on historic and legal grounds for Ukrainian statehood have been considered; Celtic thеory of Ukraine-Rus’ origin has been investigated. It has been found that S. Shelukhin’s social and political views didn’t become less urgent. They can be used by the bodies of state power, political parties, public organizations in the process of developing independent Ukraine, the formation of democratic and legal society.
