Item Форми прояву сепаратизму: теоретико-методологічний аспект(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Цебенко, ОлегПроаналізовано основні форми сепаратизму, також розглянуто особливості його виявів у міждержавних та міжетнічних відносинах. Подано типологізацію форм виявів означеного явища з огляду на відомі типології та класифікації вітчизняної політичної науки. Наведені варіанти типології сепаратизму дають можливість підкреслити багатоаспектність і варіантність його вияву, вказують на різні суспільно-політичні значення цього феномену. Наведено відомі світові приклади, а також основні загрози сепаратизму в Україні. The article analyzes main forms of separatism. The features of separatism in international and inter-ethnic relations are reviewed. Typology of main forms of separatism which is based on existing typologies and classifications of the domestic political science is submitted. Given determination of separatism as a socio-political phenomenon made it necessary to identify the characteristics and forms of separatism, their quantitative and qualitative indicators. This prevents speculations with the interpretation of the concept of separatism. Moreover, the intensity of expression of separatism allows us to talk about the gravity of this phenomenon for the state. The article includes well known manifestations of separatism. Main threats of separatism in Ukraine are investigated.Item Зовнішня політика держави в українській політичній думці Західної України націоналістичного спрямування міжвоєнного періоду ХХ ст.(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Демчишак, РусланДосліджено зовнішньополітичні пріоритети під час боротьби за національне визволення та вектори зовнішньої політики майбутньої Української держави у наукових концепціях українських мислителів та в діяльності організацій націоналістичного спрямування Західної України міжвоєнного періоду ХХ ст. Визначено місце СРСР, Польщі, країн західної Європи у зовнішньополітичних орієнтаціях українського націоналізму. This article analyzes the Ukrainian political thought of the nationalist-oriented Western Ukraine in the period between two world wars in the 20th century with the object to the problematics of state foreign policy and international relations. Political ideas of such thinkers as Yuriy Lypa, Dmytro Dontsov, Mykhaylo Kolodzinskyi, Mykola Stsiborskyi, Dmytro Andriyevskyi, Mykola Shlemkevych and Dmytro Paliyev, as well as policy documents of the political parties such as «The Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists» (OUN) and «The Front of National Unity» (FNU) have been studied. The following scientific methods of research have been used: the method of historicism, the comparative and analytical methods, and the structural and systemic analysis. It has been ascertained that the defining factors of the state foreign policy priorities during the national leberation movement and on the stage of formation of the independent Ukrainian State in the scientific concepts of the thinkers, as well as in the policy documents of the Ukrainian nationalist organizations were the following: reaction to the wide range of international policy and the configuration of international unions; attitude toward the Ukrainian issue, and the status of the Ukrainian people in Poland and the USSR. All the representatives of the Ukrainian political thought of nationalist orientation considered Warsaw’s and Moscow’s policies towards Ukrainians as overtly assimilating, thus strongly rejected both pro-Polish and pro-Russian (pro-Soviet) foreign policies. Instead, they considered such countries of Western Europe as France, England, and Germany as possible allies. Germany was of special significance being the only large state interested in the revision of the Versailles system of international relations, and, therefore, in the actualization of the Ukrainian issue on the international level.Item Українська націонал-демократія Західної України міжвоєнного періоду ХХ ст.: зовнішньополітичні орієнтири(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Демчишак, РусланДосліджено зовнішньополітичні пріоритети у процесі боротьби за національне визволення та вектори зовнішньої політики майбутньої Української держави в концепціях, публіцистиці, програмних документах української організованої націонал-демократії Західної України міжвоєнного періоду ХХ ст. This paper seeks to address the following issues: foreign-policy priorities in the process of fight for national liberation and vectors of foreign policy of the future Ukrainian state in concepts, publicism, position papers of Ukrainian organized national democracy of Western Ukraine during the 20th century interwar period. The paper also considers the location of the USSR, Poland, countries of Western Europe in the foreign-policy orientations of national democracy.Item Україна у польських зовнішньополітичних доктринах у контексті національної політики II Речі Посполитої(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Демчишак, РусланЗ’ясовано місце України у польських зовнішньополітичних доктринах міжвоєнного періоду ХХ ст. на тлі практичної політики ІІ Речі Посполитої щодо національних меншин. Проаналізовано позицію організованої західноукраїнської громадськості щодо шляхів вирішення українського питання у міжнародному вимірі. Досліджено спробу реалізації окремих постулатів доктрини “польського прометеїзму” у процесі політики “нормалізації” українсько-польських відносин 1935–1939 рр. The place of Ukraine in the polish foreign-policy doctrines of intermilitary period of ХХ century on a background the practical policy of ІІ Polish Republic in relation to national minorities is found out. Position of the organized west-ukrainian public in relation to the ways of decision of the Ukrainian question in the international measuring is analysed. The attempt of realization of separate postulates of doctrine of “polish prometeizm” in the process of “normalization” policy of ukrainian-polish relations 1935-1939 is investigated.
