The innovative development of information support for cultural arts is caused by
the introduction of production means and information sharing in the modern
information and communications environment. Electronic information products
became the basis for improvement of information service processes. Innovative
approaches to the provision of information services to users are associated with the
development of the distant form system of consumer information.
