The thesis statements cover the primary objectives of E-Governance and Document Flow
Department of the Lviv Regional Council, in particular: establishment of a unified
procedure for documentation of management information and work with documents with
the application of modern automated systems. Prospective measures for information and
documentation improvement are defined.
