    The article focuses on the psycholinguistic mechanism of the manipulative models. In terms of transactional analysis of the dialogues representing manipulation acts the linguistic as well as psychological mutual effects are revealed. Such linguistic constructions as presuppositions expressed both in explicit and implicit ways are discovered.

    The article deals with the problem of youth sociocultural communication in the information era. In the article the modern vectors of development of sociocultural communication conditioned by the current postmodern society were analyzed. The main challenges f information society such as domination of technical component in human life, the phenomena of cultural globalization and unification as a threat to the uniqueness of national cultures were characterized. The effective approaches and strategies, which enable active character of sociocultural communication of individual in present conditions, were researched. The necessity of assuring the active character of sociocultural communication through the implementation of dialog strategies, promoting integration, social consolidation of community was underlined. The importance of creating a sustainable motivation of the individual to effective cross-cultural communication on the basis of values was indicated.

    Віртуальна навчальна платформа для слухачів проекту «Україна-Норвегія» у Львівській політехніці

    Розглянуто питання створення та використання віртуальної навчальної платформи для слухачів з числа колишніх військовослужбовців на курсах перепідготовки. Проаналізовано особливості використання віртуальної навчальної платформи, створеної для слухачів проекту «Україна – Норвегія» в освітньому процесі післядипломної освіти. Визначено умови підвищення ефективності її використання. Розглянуто переваги поєднання віртуальної навчальної платформи та закритої Facebook групи слухачів для отримання ефекту синергії. The article considers the matter of creating and using of virtual training platform at the courses of retraining of former officers. The authors have analyzed the peculiarities of using of virtual learning platforms created for the participants of the "Ukraine - Norway" project which works in continuing education. They have also defined the conditions of improving the efficiency of its usage. The article also considers the advantages of combining of virtual learning platform and closed Facebook group of participants of the project for synergy.

    В данном докладе освещена проблематика взаимоотношений между читателем и библиотекарем с точки зрения социокультурного, коммуникативного аспектов. Предложены пути совершенствования работы вузовской библиотеки в условиях современного информационно-технического прогресса. Problematic of relationship between the reader and the librarian from the perspective of sociocultural and communicative aspects is highlighted in this report. Ways of improving of the work of University library under conditions of modern technology are suggested.
