Item Аналіз послідовності будівництва в межах ділянки старої щільної забудови у м. Львові(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Гладишев, Г. М.; Гладишев, Д. Г.; Дац, А. Я.; Царьов, Є. С.Експлуатація старої забудови міста Львова наближена до умовного сторічного терміну. За конструктивною безпекою будівель, пов’язаною з надійністю експлуатації, повинні слідкувати власники цих будівель незалежно від форм їх власності. Вони повинні мати відповідних спеціалістів або їх наймати для визначення технічного стану будівель старої забудови. Ці будівлі вже давно підлягають обстеженню для продовження терміну експлуатації житлового фонду. Фактична оцінка технічного стану будівель старої забудови, за нормованою градацією, необхідна для визначення напрямку їх реконструкції. Передусім слід застерегти та попередити перехід будівель у незадовільний та аварійний стани. Як показує досвід авторів з обстеження споруд старої забудови, перший і найістотніший вплив на стан будівель дає нерівномірність деформації основ під їх фундаментами. Автори пропонують почати обстеження з використання геодезичного методу. Він дає можливість швидко визначити фактичні просторові деформації окремих будинків у групі будинків разом з основами та порівняти їх з граничними деформаціями у нормативних документах, які використані для необхідного аналізу. Окрім того, проаналізовано можливість визначення порядку забудови будинків за показниками деформацій, які отримані під час обстеження групи будівель у старій забудові м. Львова. Operation of the old buildings of the Lviv city is close to a century conditional term. The owners of these buildings, regardless of their form of ownership, should follow structural safety of buildings associated with the reliability of operation. They must have the appropriate specialists or hire them to determine the technical building condition of the old building. These buildings have long been subject to examination to continue the period of efficient service of housing. The actual estimate of technical buildings condition of the old building under standardized gradation is necessary to determine the direction of their reconstruction. First of all, it is necessary to warn and prevent the conversion of buildings into emergency and critical condition. Experience of the authors of the old buildings examination shows that the first and most significant impact on the building condition provides uneven deformation of bases under their foundations. The authors propose to start examination using the geodesic method. It allows you to quickly determine the actual spatial deformations of individual buildings in a group of buildings with bases and compare them with the marginal deformations in normative documents which are used for the required analysis. In addition, the article analyses the possibility of determining the order of construction of buildings according to deformation indicators that are obtained during the examination of the group of buildings in the old housing system of the Lviv city.Item Діагностика бетону ростверку фундаменту та підготовки під металеву раму компресора(Національний університет "Львівська політехніка", 2012) Гладишев, Д. Г.; Гладишев, Г. М.Наведено методи діагностики і результати досліджень міцності бетону ростверку фундаменту під компресор. Описано причини виникнення та розвитку тріщин у підготовці під металеву раму компресора. Наведено рекомендації із забезпечення надійної роботи фундаменту. In-process the resulted methods of diagnostics and results of researches of durability of concrete to the grillage of foundation are under a compressor. The described reasons of origin and development of cracks are in a sauce under the metallic frame of compressor. The conducted operating security of guyed constructions of coverage of pump-room of mineral waters analysis is to Truskavets on the basis of which technical solution is offered from their reconstruction.
