І.Розглянуто перспективи формування конкурентоспроможного потенціалу розвитку вітчизняних підприємств. In the article the prospects for the formation of competitive capacity of domestic enterprises are considered. The conditions of competitiveness, criteria and factors of influence on the process of innovation the enterprises under the conditions of globalization are investigated. The model of the enterprise development with accounting of intellectual and information resources is proposed. І.Розглянута роль потенціалу трансферу знань та технологій у процесах розвитку суб’єктів господарської діяльності за умов активної участі в них науково-навчальних та дослідницьких організацій. Досліджено передумови активізації інноваційної діяльності на основі усунення бар’єрів на шляху обміну інформацією між зацікавленими сторонами на засадах концепції відкритих інновацій та посилення ролі університетів, науково-дослідницьких організацій та громадськості у процесах комерціалізації інновацій. The paper is devoted to the role of knowledge and technology transfer potential in the processes of the development the business entities with the active participation of scientific education and research organizations is devoted. The preconditions enhance innovation based on removing barriers to information exchange between the parties concerned on the basis of the concept of open innovation and strengthening the role of universities, research organizations and public sector in the process of commercializing innovation are investigated.
