Запропоновано налагодити ефективну співпрацю учасників інноваційних процесів у разі забезпечення підтримки з боку держави, підвищити зацікавленість науки, виробництва та бізнесу в активізації інноваційної діяльності, створити сприятливе середовище для взаємодії сторін у вигляді мереж інноваційної активності на засадах кластерів. This paper is devoted to researches of conditions of formation of enterprises competitive innovational potential, helpful in providing of their development in the future. Охарактеризовано умови, що сприяють підвищенню рівня конкурентоспроможності учасників кластеру. Досліджено можливості підвищення інноваційної активності підприємств за умов їх спільної діяльності у складі кластерів. In this paper tasks of formation a potential the enterprises development for a basis of cluster models are considered. A conditions which promote increase of a level of competitiveness of cluster participants are characterized. The opportunities of increase the enterprises innovational activity in conditions their joint activity in clusters are investigated.
