    Матричний метод проведення FMEA-аналізу як інструмент прогнозування якості продукції

    Описано особливості й специфіку реалізацій методу FMEA-аналізу відповідно до вимог чинних нормативних документів. Запропоновано застосування матричного методу оцінювання якості продукції та послуг для прогнозування якості продукції машинобудівного виробництва. Подано спосіб формування матриць якості під час проектування виробу, підготування виробництва, виконання технологічних процесів, вихідного контролю готового виробу, аналізу факторів і умов навколишнього середовища. Викладено оригінальний підхід для формування еталонних матриць якості продукції на всіх етапах життєвого циклу. Подано рекомендації щодо застосування матричного методу проведення FMEA-аналізу в практиці діяльності машинобудівного підприємства.

    Principles of cyber-physical systems construction for the needs of crops cultivation

    On the basis of the hierarchical structure of a typical cyber-physical system and main stages of crops cultivation, the list of the subsystems necessary for the creation of such a system is considered. The structures and recommendations for these systems are expounded, and the generalized structural scheme of the given cyber-physical system is described issuing from the four main objects of the research: seeding material, soil, intermediate harvest benefits, harvesting, stocking or primary processing. The application of the matrix method for the assessment of production processes quality as well as final products, which is realized at different hierarchical levels of a cyberphysical system, is proposed. The approach to the analysis of system functioning at all stages of crops cultivation is represented. The principles of data matrices forming at hierarchical levels of a cyber-physical system in combination with the applied subsystem types are presented.

    New possibilities of monitoring electric power quality by means of wavelet-transform apparatus

    The problem of estimating various voltage disturbances in electric networks considering the enumeration of normative and recommended indices of electric power quality is under consideration. The differential wavelet-transform-based method of evaluating the processes of voltage changes caused by connecting up electrotechnical objects as well as algorithms of identifying those quality indices are proposed in the work enlightening the complete characteristic of the mentioned voltage change processes in networks. Розглянуто проблематику оцінки різноманітних збурень напруги в електричних мережах з врахуванням переліку нормативних та рекомендованих показників якості електричної енергії. Запропоновано диференційний метод оцінки процесів зміни напруги, викликаних підключенням електротехнічних об’єктів, на основі wavelet-перетворення та запропоновано алгоритми для визначення цих показників якості, що дозволяє в повному об’ємі охарактеризувати зазначені процеси зміни напруги в мережах.
