Abstract
Описано особливості й специфіку реалізацій методу FMEA-аналізу відповідно до вимог чинних нормативних
документів. Запропоновано застосування матричного методу оцінювання якості продукції та послуг для
прогнозування якості продукції машинобудівного виробництва. Подано спосіб формування матриць якості
під час проектування виробу, підготування виробництва, виконання технологічних процесів, вихідного
контролю готового виробу, аналізу факторів і умов навколишнього середовища. Викладено оригінальний
підхід для формування еталонних матриць якості продукції на всіх етапах життєвого циклу.
Подано рекомендації щодо застосування матричного методу проведення FMEA-аналізу в практиці
діяльності машинобудівного підприємства.
The article describes the features and specifics of the method of FMEA analysis, based on the requirements of the current normative documents. The aim of the work is to develop and use the FMEA-analysis to predict the quality of products of machine-building enterprises, taking into account the entire technological cycle of production. The use of the matrix method for assessing the quality of products and services for forecasting the quality of products of machine-building production is proposed. Initially, the selected commission should collect all the necessary information for FMEA analysis and distribute its groups of related unit quality indicators. From obtained quality vectors is a quality matrix that describes: designing a product, preparing a production, performing technological processes, controlling the finished product, analyzing factors and environmental conditions. If each of the vectors of quality is formed in the form of a matrix-string, which changes during the implementation of the investigated stage of the established life cycle, then this way they receive information on the execution of each operation. Thus, it is possible to receive quantitative data on its flow on each of the listed stages. It is shown that in the general case, it is expedient for each element of the matrix-line of quality to use their representation in the form of the product of the weighting factor and the actual value of this unit value, which makes it possible to distinguish the most important single quality indices describing the most responsible operations and processes. The original approach for the formation of standard matrices of product quality is described, with the help of which it is possible to visually see the potential failures at each stage of the technological process of manufacture of machinebuilding products. This allows us to analyze the possibility of defects and their impact on the consumer’s opinion at all stages of the life cycle. For the formation of the reference matrix used in the FMEA analysis, an approach is used that takes into account the cause of each defect. During the work of the expert group, each criterion that affects the defect is evaluated in points from 1 to 10, where 1 is the criterion, almost no defects, and 10 – the criterion has a serious defect. It also indicates the weight of the defect, that is, its impact on the final quality of the product, as well as recommendations for the elimination of defects. The recommendations for using the matrix method of conducting FMEA-analysis in the practice of the machine-building enterprise are given.
Описано особенности и специфику осуществления FMEA-анализа, исходя из требований действующих нормативных документов. Предложено применение матричного метода оценивания качества продукции и услуг с целью прогнозирования качества продукции машиностроительного производства. Представлено способ формирования матриц качества при проектировании изделия, подготовке производства, выполнении технологических процессов, заключительном контроле готового изделия, анализе факторов и условий окружающей среды. Описано оригинальный подход к формированию эталонных матриц качества продукции на всех этапах жизненного цикла. Даны рекомендации относительно применения FMEA-анализа в практике деятельности машиностроительного предприятия.
