    Концептуальні засади міської логістики

    Досліджено теоретичні засади логістики міста та логістичної системи міста. Наведено концептуальні елементи міської логістики. Узагальнено характеристику концепцій логістики міста, характеристику міста як системи. Визначено критерії оцінки показника мобільності міст. Узагальнено переваги застосування концепції логістики міста. The article describes the issue of city logistics and city logistics system. The importance of city logistics is grounded. Characteristic of city logistic concepts are generalized, which include classic, system and ecological concepts. Economic, environmental and social goals of urban logistics and its basic tasks are defined. The article provides the analysis of terminology and key principles of city logistics. City characteristics as a system are structured and its elements are described. The levels of city transport and logistics system, such as local, city, regional and national levels, are analyzed. Information on city infrastructure, which includes technical and service infrastructure, is given. The article include the criteria of assessing urban mobility which include maturity and performance. The benefits of city logistics concept are summorized. The article provides strategies of urban logistics and mobility performance depending on the level of cities transport system. Perspectives of further research of city and urban logistics are suggested.

    Концепція транспортного кластера сітілогістики

    Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти створення транспортного кластера сітілогістики на принципах теорії систем і системного аналізу. Розроблено концептуальні основи формування структури транспортного кластера сітілогістики. Запропоновано формалізований запис умови існування системи транспортного кластера з урахуванням методів придатності, оптимальності й адаптивності. Сформульовані чинники, які впливають на ефективність організації транспортного кластера сітілогістики. Розглянуто потенціал та ефективність транспортного кластера. The author considers theoretical aspects of a city logistics transport cluster creation basing herself on the principles of the systems theory and systems analysis. Structural classification of a city logistics transport cluster has been executed and its hierarchical levels have been identified. A formalized formula of the condition of the transport cluster system existence is proposed, taking into account the methods of applicability, optimization and adaptability. Basic structural, organisational and harmonization principles of a city logistics transport cluster are analysed. The potential and efficiency of a transport cluster are considered. Factors which impact the efficiency of organization of a city logistics transport cluster are formulated. Comparative description of a cluster іs branch approach in a business environment of an urban transport system is given in the article. The creative decisions in the supply chains of city logistics are analysed on the basis of structural-functional decoupling of a transport cluster.
