Ya.; Artemchuk, T.The paper investigates scientific foundations and practical importance of improving the mechanisms of state regulation of the electric power industry of Ukraine as a natural monopoly. The author offers a solution of the task of identifying the functional characteristics of natural monopolies as market structures, identifies key approaches to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of electric power producing industrial enterprises as natural monopolies, provides an analysis of institutional and legal framework of their management, and clarifies the main contradictions of their demonopolization. The work analyzes the essential features of natural monopolies and defines conceptual approaches to business transformation of natural monopolies.Item Regional aspects of heat supply in the system of fuel and energy complex of Ukraine(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Rymar, M. V.; Dembytskyi, M. I.This paper attempts to characterize the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine and analyzes the heat supply complex on the example of Lviv region. The main problems in the field are highlighted. The ways of diversifying fuel and energy resources of Ukraine are determined. The basic directions of implementing the alternative energy sources are analyzed. A comprehensive description of the alternative and renewable energy sources potential, on the examples of different regions of Ukraine, is provided. Зроблено спробу охарактеризувати паливно-енергетичний комплекс України та проведено аналіз теплопостачального комплексу на прикладі Львівської області, висвітлено основні проблеми у вищеназваній сфері. Визначено шляхи диверсифікації паливо-енергетичних ресурсів України. Проаналізовано основні напрями впровадження альтернативних джерел енергії. Надано вичерпну характеристику енергетичного потенціалу нетрадиційних та відновлюваних джерел енергії на прикладі різних областей України.Item Приватизація енергетичних підприємств України: перспективи, проблеми, способи реалізації(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2011) Климовець, І. В.Розглянуто сучасний стан енергетичного ринку. Проаналізовано роботи таких учених, як Л.С. Біляєва, Пітер Ван Дорен, І.А. Франчук та ін. Виявлено явні проблеми на цьому етапі розвитку паливно-енергетичного комплексу. Запропоновано багато способів покращання енергетики України загалом та способи нейтралізації причин, що негативно впливають на процес приватизації. Обгрунтовано напрям удосконалення енергетичної галузі України. Зокрема розглянуто актуальне на цей момент питання приватизації та корпоратизації енергетичного ринку. The energy market is in a difficult position, being on the background of this debate. In this paper the current status of the energy market is examined. Analyzed the works of scholars such as L.S Bilyaeva, Pieter Van Dorena, I.A Franchuk, and others. There are obvious problems at this stage of development of fuel-energy complex. A number of ways to improve the Energy of Ukraine in whole, and how to neutralize the causes that negatively affect the process of privatization. The ways of improvement the energy sector of Ukraine are justified. Specifically,the relevant issue of privatization and corporatization of energy market was considered.
