Item Diagnostics of investment attractiveness of business entities in conditions of European integration(Lviv Politechnic Publishing House, 2018-02-10) Melnyk, O.; Adamiv, M.; Smereka, L.; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe article substantiates the relevance of unification, harmonization and development of the theoretical and applied base of diagnostics of investment attractiveness of enterprises in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine. The theoretical and legislative principles of diagnostics of investment attractiveness of enterprises are critically analyzed. Based on the study of domestic and foreign diagnostic practices, as well as the challenges of European integration, it is proposed to apply a comprehensive approach to assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises. The method of comprehensive multilayered diagnostics of investment attractiveness of enterprises is improved, which harmoniously combines the following priority diagnostic components: investment attractiveness of the country, region, industries in which the object of investment functions, and direct investment attractiveness of the enterprise.Item Концептуальні засади забезпечення сприятливого інституціонального середовища інвестиційної діяльності регіонів(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Лайко, О. І.Розглянуто концептуальні засади регулювання стану інституціонального забезпечення інвестиційної діяльності, які містять ідейну основу щодо забезпечення сталого і життєздатного розвитку інвестиційної системи та комплекс механізмів і заходів, які передбачають прямий та непрямий вплив економічного, організаційного, інформаційного характеру, які, окрім залучення та сприяння відтворенню капіталу, забезпечують формування інституціонального середовища, інвестиційного іміджу громади. It is considered in the article the conceptual framework of regulation of the institutional environment of investment processes, which include the ideological basis for the sustainable and viable development of investment system and complex mechanisms and measures that are to be practically implemented in order to achieve the objectives which are set out in the list of conceptual problems: maximization of volumes of new investments, stimulation of the reproduction of capital, which already works in the economic system of the country and regions. Conceptual trends provide a favorable institutional environment for investment process in Ukraine and its regions and include direct and indirect measures of the stimulating of domestic and foreign investments. Such measures should be characterized by vitality, that exert a positive stimulatory effect even after the termination of their direct action. It is applyed in this issue the experience of use of various tools of the stimulation of investments, which took place during the creation of free and special economic zones on the territory of the Ukrainian Black Sea and it is discovered that their main drawback is the low viability, i.e. tax and other economic incentives that can stimulate attraction of investments for the duration of their direct action cause to no significant changes in the institutional environment and the outflow of financial capital occurs immediately after the abolition of privileges. It is proposed the conceptually economic regulators of investment activity, which apply high short and medium-term performance and can encourage investment in the economic system of separate territories, regions and countries, they also complement institutional regulation and the promotion of investments. Among these measures there are proposed the stimulants with organizational and informational nature in the form of permanent information support of investors, and the formation of investment brand of the regions, due to the providing of organizational support at the stage of launching of investment projects. All the measures that are mentioned in the article are to be used to ensure the formation of a positive business image of area, or region that actually causes to be particularly relevant in the context a voluntary association of local communities. The organizational and economic mechanism of stimulation of investment activities, which include measures of capitalization of information, consultation, permitting support of the project at an early stage with further investor's participation in the provision of financial support of the territorial community that is to be based on signed investment agreement.Item Маркетинг як складова підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємств в умовах зони вільної торгівлі з ЄС(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Балик, У. Розкрито особливості маркетингового процесу підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємств. Проаналівано можливості зони вільної торгівлі між Україною і ЄС, а саме: спрощення умов здійснення інвестиційної діяльності для обох сторін; налагодження тіснішої співпраці інвестонадавачів та інвестоотримувачів; збільшення рівня конкурентної боротьби, що позитивно вплине на розвиток бізнес-середовища в Україні; створення умов для поліпшення технічного та технологічного стану вітчизняних підприємств. Запропоновано маркетингові стратегії та їх заходи для інвестонадавачів та інвестоотримувачів залежно від рівня інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. The question of investment attractiveness of domestic enterprises in the context investment opportunities of Free Trade Area with the EU is investigated. The features of the marketing process to increase the investment attractiveness of enterprises are revealed. The possibilities of a free trade area between Ukraine and the EU, namely the facilitation of investment activities for both parties; set-up cooperation investproviderand investreceiver; increased levels of competition, which will positively affect the development of the business environment in Ukraine; create conditions for the improvement of technical and technological state of Ukrainian enterprises. Marketing strategies and their measures to investprovider and investreceiver depend on the level of investment attractiveness enterprises are suggested.Item Інвестиційна привабливість підприємств(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Рудницька, О. Decision-making factors for investors in terms of the feasibility of financing enterprises are defined. State enterprises in the context of capital investment by assets and sources of research is funding. International experience improvement of investment attractiveness is considered. Catalysts of the investment potential are identified. Г.; Чорнуха, І. В.Розкрито сутність інвестиційної конкуренції, досліджено макросередовище підприємств будівельної галузі та оцінено рівень інвестиційної конкуренції між регіонами країни. Запропоновано методику оцінки стану інвестиційної конкуренції на основі коефіцієнтів концентрації капітальних інвестицій за регіонами України, що дало можливість з’ясувати рівномірність розподілу інвестицій по території країни та визначити стан інвестиційної конкуренції в країні. The article reveals the essence of investment competition and presents research of macroenvironment of enterprises of construction industry. Proved that attracting investment in the development of the national economy stands pressing issue today, because investment activity and investment in the country is a basic factor in the development of all sectors and particularly capital intensive, that is, the construction industry. The results of the analysis of the investment competition in macro construction enterprises, the content of basic indicators for enterprises. The analysis of the investment competition construction enterprises Ukraine found that a direct relationship between the level and degree of concentration factor is that the higher value of this index, the greater the degree of regional concentration of investments, and the weaker is the investment competition; increase in value of the index means reducing the concentration - the relationship is inverse. Based stateynoho study concluded that quantitative analysis of investment competition can be made on the basis of concentration ratios of capital investment by region of Ukraine, which will determine the uniformity of the distribution of investments across the country. The method of assessing the level of investment competition of macroenvironment based on the calculation of the coefficients of concentration of capital investment by region of Ukraine, that made possible to find even distribution of investment across the country and determine the state of the investment competition of macroenvironment of construction enterprises. В.; Мричко, М. А.Розглянуто сукупність сучасних проблем, пріоритетів та шляхів підвищення інвестиційної привабливості України. Доведена необхідність додаткової інвестиційної підтримки для розвитку базових сфер економіки і соціальної сфери нашої держави. Застосовано комплексний підхід до вивчення проблем, що заважають підвищенню інвестиційної привабливості України. Розглянуто сильні сторони нашої країни і виявленоосновні об’єкти (види економічної діяльності) для капіталовкладень. Виділено завдання і умови, а також запропонована сукупність різнопланових заходів, що загалом сприятимуть реалізації позитивних змін у збільшенні притоку інвестицій у вітчизняну економіку. Визначено сфери застосування результатів дослідження щодо покращання інвестиційного клімату, а також можливі напрямки подальшого вивчення цієї проблеми. Вивчено результати міжнародних та вітчизняних аналітичних досліджень зміни рейтингу України за рівнем її інвестиційної привабливості серед інших країн світу та проаналізовано статистичні дані щодо надходження інвестицій в країну (в її окремі види економічної діяльності). Опрацьовано досвід інших країн, узагальнено та виділено найобґрунтованіші і найдієвіші ініціативи нашого уряду щодо залучення у вітчизняну економіку додаткових капіталовкладень. The article presents the analysis of the investment attractiveness of Ukraine and foreign experience of attracting investments into the economy. Based on the research done, there are proposed approaches to improving the investment climate within the country, in particular, using international experience. A complex of existing problems, priorities and ways of improving investment attractiveness of Ukraine are considered. The necessity of additional investment support for the development of basic sectors of the economy and of social development of our country has been proved. A comprehensive approach to studying the problems that hinder the improvement of investment attractiveness of Ukraine has been applied. Strengths of our country have been considered, and the main objects (types of economic activities) for capital investments have been identified. Tasks and conditions are specified, and a set of diverse measures that will, in general, facilitate investment inflows into the national economy is proposed. The areas of applying the research results in the context of improving the investment climate as well as the possible areas of further research into the given problem are determined. Conclusions and recommendations are based on the study of the results of international and national analytical research of Ukraine’s rating changes in terms of its investment attractiveness among other countries, as well as on the analysis of statistical data on the investments entering the country’s economy (its specific fields). The experience of other countries has been studied; the most reasonable and effective initiatives of Ukrainian government on attracting additional capital investments into national economy are summarized and highlighted.
