Item Personality aspect of professional activities of a higher school teacher(Lviv Politechnic Publishing House, 2017-02-20) Kozlovskyi, Yurii; Kravets, Svitlana; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe article clarifies the fact that the issue of studying the personality development of higher school teachers in the context of their professional activity is relevant. Readiness for professional activity is considered as a system characterized by appropriate coefficients, the complex consideration of which allows obtaining reliable information about the real level of teachers’ professional work. It is expedient to present the features of the professional teaching staff of higher educational institutions in three categories: a practising teacher, a teacher-researcher and a scientist in the field of specialization of an educational institution. The higher school teachers’ scientific and pedagogical activities in the context of modern morality are an important component of their professional competence, substantially affecting the results of their teaching and research activities. It is considered as the realization of the idea of humanization of science and education.Item Professional mobility as a leading form of mobility of participants in the educational process of higher education in the XXIst century(Lviv Politechnic Publishing House, 2017-02-20) Iievliev, Oleksander; Morska, Nataliya; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe article considers the role of professional mobility in conditions of the post-industrial (informational) society in the XXIst century. Depending on the specific type of activity of those whose professional mobility is formed, the question may be about increasing the importance of its certain components (parameters), which determines the difference in the names of this concept in modern research. It has been determined that professional mobility is a leading form of mobility of participants in the educational process of higher education, and therefore its formation is an urgent task of the education system. At the same time, since professional mobility is an integrative quality of the individual, its formation is connected with the educational aspect of the educational process. The article analyses the essence of the notion of “polycultural education of a teacher”. The concept according to which polycultural education is based on the principles of interaction, mutual enrichment, and dialogue of cultures is under consideration. В статье проанализированы психологические факторы невротического развития личности педагога, рассмотрены основные формы его проявления. Важным фактором невротического характера выступает нарушение психологического механизма духовно-нравственной саморегуляции личности будущего педагога. The author deals with the actual problem of teacher’s neurotic character development that negatively influences the process of pedagogical activity and determines a vector of destructive personal development of both teacher and pupils. The article analyzes psychological factors of neurotic development of a personality and considers basic forms of its developments. The article considers creative work of outstanding teacher and psychologist of XIXth century Kostiantyn Ushynskyi. Having analyzed historical and pedagogical literature the author highlights the contribution of scientist to the development of pedagogical methodology and educational questions. The author gives a comparative analysis of pedagogical ideas of Kostiantyn Ushynskyi and classicists of world pedagogics such as J. A. Comenius, J. –J. Rousseau, J. Pestalozzi, A. Disterveg and others.
