The models based on a hinged Boyd-Moore automaton. State machine loops are the stages Boyd and filling processes, ontology editing and a search of relevant knowledge ontology. Possible transitions between the states of the machine and transfer parameters between them were determined. For a quantitative modeling of decision support process in a competitive environment, mathematical support and methods of domain-specific ontology in the Boyd cycle (OODA – observation, orientation, decision, action) were elaborated. Thus, for the military at an “Observations” stage intelligence domain ontology determining of the strengths and weaknesses of the enemy. At the stage of “orientation”, ontological data are used for simulation of possible realizations of the battle and for optimal positioning of the forces. For “Resolution” stage, target distribution was developed using a method based on genetic algorithms, which helped to reduce the computational complexity of finding effective distribution targets. Ontology expertise based on descriptive logic is presented to increase the effectiveness of possible solutions.Item Аналіз української термінології з галузі пізнавальної діяльності на позначення дій, подій і наслідків подій(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2017-03-28) Хамар, Уляна; Львівський національний університет імені Івана ФранкаПроаналізовано українську термінологію з галузі теорії пізнавальної діяльності в контексті рекомендацій до позначання дій, подій і наслідків подій, сформульованих у стандарті ДСТУ 3966. Для низки найпоширеніших термінів згаданої галузі сформульо- вано набори термінів (дієслів доконаного й недоконаного виду, віддієслівних іменників на позначення дії та події, також іменників на позначення наслідків події). Обґрунто- вано доцільність пом’якшити вимогу стандарту щодо позначання події віддієслівними іменниками з суфіксом -ння, утвореними від дієслів доконаного виду. Актуалізовано проблему досягнення мотивованої та ціннісно-орієнтованої людської поведінки, яка виступає своєрідною соціальною субстанцією процесів життєдіяльності людини в усіх сферах суспільного життя. Висвітлено поведінку насамперед як категорію соціальної філософії, що включає мету, засіб, результат і форму самого процесу діяльності. Исследовано поведение человека как объекта философско-правовой рефлексии “деятельность” и “активность”. Актуализировано проблему достижения целевого и ценностно-ориентированного человеческого поведения, которая выступает своеобразной социальной субстанцией процессов жизнедеятельности человека во всех сферах общественной жизни. Освещено поведение прежде всего как категорию социальной философии, включая цель, средство, результат и форму самого процесса деятельности. The article investigates human behavior as an object of philosophical and legal reflection “activity” and “activity”. Deals behavior primarily as a category of social philosophy, which includes objectives, means and results of the process of form.Item Опора судового розсуду(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Рожко, В. В.Досліджена проблема вибору рішення або дії на розсуд судді з урахуванням законності, доцільності, справедливості та розумності, які є елементами опори судового розгляду. Проблеми обмеження суддівського розсуду тісно пов'язані з охороною і реалізацією прав і свобод громадянина, зі здійсненням призначення судочинства, а загалом – із реалізацією правоохоронної функції держави. Рейтинг українських судів з кожним роком знижується, тому необхідно шукати причини втрати авторитету суду, а вони, як показали дослідження, криються в недосконалості законодавства. Щоб підвищити авторитет суду і закону, насамперед необхідно визначити межі суддівського розсуду. Исследована проблема выбора решения или действия по усмотрению судьи с учетом законности, целесообразности, справедливости и разумности, которые являются элементами опоры судебного разбирательства. Проблемы ограничения судейского усмотрения тесно связаны с охраной и реализацией прав и свобод гражданина, с осуществлением назначения судопроизводства, а в целом – с реализацией правоохранительной функции государства. Рейтинг украинских судов с каждым годом снижается. В связи с этим необходимо искать причины потери судебного авторитета, а они, как показали исследования, кроются в несовершенстве законодательства. Чтобы повысить авторитет суда и закона, в первую очередь необходимо определить границы судейского усмотрения. In terms of competitiveness of the domestic proceedings and the ambiguous approach of the theory of the judicial process and the legislator to judge procedural manifestations of activity in court cases urgent problem of the judge's discretion in the preparation for the trial, in a case in court, the reopening of the case in view of new or newly discovered facts. The urgency of the problem of limiting judicial discretion is caused by the fact that this phenomenon is in the process of closely related with the protection and realization of human rights and freedoms, with the implementation of the appointment procedure, but in general – with the implementation of the law enforcement functions of the state. Rating Ukrainian courts every year decreases. In this connection it is necessary to look for the causes of loss of judicial authority, and they, as studies have shown, lie in the imperfection of the legislation. The relatively-certain sanctions, which were inherited from the Soviet government designed to individualize the decision is the main cause of the informal Justice, therefore, bribery and corruption, not only in public institutions, but also in the courts as well. Therefore, to increase the authority of the court and the law, it is first necessary to define the boundaries of judicial discretion.Item Емпіричне дослідження активності студентської молоді у вищому навчальному закладі(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Андрушко, ЯринаВ статье проанализированы теории исследователей относительно понимания понятия активности личности; проведено описание результатов эмпирического исследования львовских студентов по определению уровня и форм проявления их активности. It was proved by means of examples that the concept “action” and “event” is effective for modeling natural and technological processes of extralinguistic reality, i.e. any process can be presented with a certain set of “actions” and “events”.Item Щодо засадничих понять, пов’язаних із подаванням процесів(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Гінзбург, МихайлоПроаналізовано основні поняття, на яких ґрунтується ДСТУ 3966-2000, та запропоновано їхні дефініції. The fundamental concepts, on which the national standard DSTU 3966-2000 was based, are analyzed and their definitions are proposed.
