Антиномічне сприйняття надприродного права

Abstract

Відомо, що надприродне визначально впливає на людину та природу. Надприродне – це антонім природного; явища, протиставлені дійсному чуттєвому світу; те, що виходить за межі реального і не може бути пояснене природно; все, що не підходить під відомі закони природи, де духовна сила викликає природні, чуттєві явища. Істотною ознакою надприродного є те, що воно є корелянтом природних сутностей як вище й непідлегле матеріальному світу. Певні відповідники надприродного фігурують у міфології. Зауважимо, що поняття “надприродне” є синонімом до “трансцендентного”, а трансцендентне дещо відрізняється від трансцендентального. У трансцендентному вже закладена ідея правопорядку чи системи правих, а у трансцендентальному – лише розглядають, обґрунтовують філософські (метафізичні) ідеї такої ідеї правопорядку. Якщо у першому випадку ми маємо справу зі статикою, то у другому – з динамікою, процесом реалізації. В деяких випадках надприродне можна розуміти як непізнане природне. Це залежить від кожної людини зокрема, від її віри, переконань. Вважаємо за потрібне розглянути поняття позаприродного і зіставити його з надприродним. Надприродне і позаприродне – це два поняття, які можуть вживатися в різних контекстах і мати різне значення. Зокрема: 1) надприродне вказує на явища, які виходять за рамки природних законів та наукових пояснень. Воно не може означати дивовижні, надзвичайні події або явища, які не пояснюються науково, такі як чари, природжені здібності, які видаються надзвичайними, тощо; 2) позаприродне може означати те саме, що і надприродне, але також вказувати на щось, що перебуває поза межами природи або звичайних явищ. Це поняття може містити не тільки надприродні, але й надзвичайні події, феномени, що видаються дивовижними, а також те, що лежить за межами звичайних законів природи. Загалом різниця між цими термінами може бути дещо розмитою і вони можуть вживатися із загальною метою вказати на щось несподіване або надзвичайне. Перехід із позаприродного у надприродне не доведений наукою.It is known that the supernatural has a decisive influence on man and nature. It depends on each person in particular, on his faith, beliefs. We consider it necessary to consider the concept of the supernatural and compare it with the supernatural. Supernatural and supernatural are two concepts that can be used in different contexts and have different meanings. In particular: 1) Supernatural refers to phenomena that go beyond natural laws and scientific explanations. It cannot mean miraculous, extraordinary events or phenomena that cannot be explained scientifically, such as charms, innate abilities that appear to be extraordinary, etc.; 2) Supernatural can mean the same as supernatural, but can also refer to something outside of nature or ordinary phenomena. This concept can include not only supernatural, but also extraordinary events, phenomena that seem miraculous, as well as what lies outside the normal laws of nature. In general, the distinction between these terms can be somewhat blurred, and they can be used with the general purpose of indicating something unexpected or extraordinary. The transition from the supernatural to the supernatural is not proven by science.
