Abstract

The increase of an overall performance cooling tower with reduction of pollution of an environment can be achieved at the expense of application of modern designs plastic packs. In the clause the results of thermal researches of volumetric heat and mass transfer factors are given at any pack height, which are necessary for definition of the pack's cooling ability under the theory of cooling by evaporation.
