The fuzzy problem of optimal distribution of passages along the depth of the well

Abstract

The problem of optimal distribution of passages along the depth of the well is considered. As the criterion of optimality the cost of drilling of the given interval is chosen. Taking into account that a number of parameters included in the optimality criterion can be estimated only approximate, such values are considered as fuzzy numbers. The last assumption made it possible to transform the deterministic problem of nonlinear programming into the problem of fuzzy nonlinear programming.
