Abstract
This article is dedicated to study of
information system for the IT projects
management. The main management problems and
existing systems were explained. The main
disadvantages and issues of them were defined
during the research. The best practices of current
applications have been analyzed and processed, the
client-server architecture that uses a modular
principle with independent completed components
has been proposed as the best solution to solve the
problem. The context diagram that describes the
main requirements of the system has been designed.
