Abstract
For the Ukrainian educational system,
we have a combination of both the newest trends of
the globalized world (behavioral and technological
revolutions) and the unresolved problems of
Ukrainian statehood in the conditions of the
Russian-Ukrainian war, the difficulties of the
reformation path, the identity crisis, the
deformation of the Ukrainian mentality, etc. In the
era of these revolutions, people need to possess not
only the hard skills, but also the soft skills.
