Abstract
A new approach to the construction of
methods for processing historical data is proposed.
It is based on the combination of information
technology of intellectual monitoring for building
knowledge bases and historical research methods
for interpreting simulation results. The knowledge
base is formed by the hierarchical combination of
inductive and evolutionary models by processing
and transforming the results of observation of
historical events. It is necessary to develop new
methods of verification of the results of
observations, interpretation of the received laws
and knowledge. The conditions for reducing the
subjectivity of assessing historical events are
shaken due to the fact that historian experts work
with the results of data processing and the
knowledge gained on their basis.
