Особливості документування управлінської діяльності фітнес- організацій в умовах цифрової трансформації сфери послуг

Abstract

This paper examines the role of documentation support in the management of fitness organizations amid digital transformation. The study highlights the importance of implementing electronic document management, CRM and ERP systems to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and data security. Standardization of documentation in accordance with ISO 9000 and integration with mobile applications are also discussed as key factors in increasing competitiveness. Emphasis is placed on how proper documentation practices contribute to customer satisfaction and sustainable development of fitness centers in Ukraine.
