Використання системи CiviCRM для цифровізації бібліотечних та наукових установ України

Abstract

This article explores the potential of the open-source CiviCRM platform for the digital transformation of library and scientific institutions in Ukraine. The study focuses on key modules of CiviCRM, such as contact management, membership tracking, financial contributions, event organization, communication tools, and mobile access. It emphasizes the advantages of Ukrainian localization and integration opportunities with content management systems and payment services. The article highlights practical benefits and challenges of implementation, referencing international experience and existing best practices.
