Abstract

The peculiarities of regional media functioning in a cross-media environment are analyzed. It is considered the implementation of digital platforms, especially social networks, into the structure of information content distribution. The peculiarities of the information process of working with content on the radio and online platforms are discussed. It is emphasized the importance of adapting regional media to modern media trends to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of communication with the target audience. Using the regional radio station «Zakhidnyi Polius» as an example, modern strategies for adapting cross-media content formats to digital platforms and social networks are presented.
