Дискурс професійної інклюзії вразливих категорій українців

Abstract

During the full-scale invasion, many social practices, including work with vulnerable categories of citizens, were completely revised. Social issues are embedded in the military discourse, and their public representation in the media is also changing. Studying these changes was the goal of our work. Through the content analysis of social media, we found that there are two key ways of disseminating information about the labor rights of vulnerable groups: vertical, inspired by the state, and horizontal, inspired by the threatened community itself. The choice of this path clearly determines the structure of the discourse.
