Therefore, public communications are necessary in the context of the functioning of the “state-society” model. In the absence of traditional media, which served as a channel for the transmission of official information, alternative forms of public communications become relevant. On the one hand, on the platforms of social networks and messengers that quickly upload content. On the other hand, in the physical space in the form of leaflets, announcements, oral messages through loudspeakers or communicators in the crowd.
