Композиційні основи ландшафтно-просторової організації гірськолижних комплексів (на прикладі Українських Карпат)

Abstract

Дисертація розглядає формування ландшафтно-просторової та архітектурно-композиційної організації гірськолижних комплексів загалом, а також їхніх окремих елементів планувальної структури (на прикладі Українських Карпат). У роботі проаналізовано стан і передумови ландшафтно-просторової організації гірськолижних комплексів у Карпатах, сформульовано методичні підходи до вивчення ландшафтно-просторової композиції гірськолижних комплексів. Розглянуто особливості ландшафтно-просторової композиції гірськолижних комплексів у Карпатах (на території Словаччини, Польщі, Румунії та України) та визначено основні типи їх композиційних моделей. Проведено порівняльний аналіз композиційних моделей ландшафтно-просторової організації гірськолижних комплексів в Україні та за кордоном. Здійснено якісну оцінку композиційно-планувальної і ландшафтно-просторової організації гірськолижних комплексів в Українських Карпатах. Сформульовано рекомендації удосконалення архітектурно-композиційних основ організації гірськолижних комплексів у структурі ландшафтів Українських Карпат. Диссертация рассматривает формирование ландшафтно- пространственной и архитектурно-композиционной организации горнолыжных комплексов в целом, а также их отдельных элементов планировочной структуры (на примере Украинских Карпат). В работе проанализированы состояние и предпосылки ландшафтно-пространственной организации горнолыжных комплексов в Карпатах, сформулированы методические подходы к исследованию ландшафтно-пространственной композиции горнолыжных комплексов. Рассмотрены особенности ландшафтно-пространственной композиции горнолыжных комплексов в Карпатах (на территории Словакии, Польшы, Румынии и Украины) и определены их основные типи композиционных моделей. Проведен сравнительный анализ композиционных моделей ландшафтно-пространственной организации горнолыжных комплексов в Украине и за рубежом. Осуществлено качественную оценку композиционно-планировочной и ландшафтно-пространственной организации горнолыжных комплексов в Украинских Карпатах. Сформулированы рекомендации по совершенствованию архитектурно-композиционных основ организации горнолыжных комплексов в структуре ландшафтов Украинских Карпат. The thesis is devoted to the formation of ski resorts’ landscape and spatial organization, as well as architectural composition of its basic elements (on example of Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains). The thesis involves the considerations towards the prerequisites for ski resorts’ landscape and spatial organization in Carpathian Mountains as well as an analysis of its’ current state. Secondly, the methodological approaches to investigation and analysis of ski resorts’ landscape and spatial organization are formulated. Thirdly, the features of ski resorts’ compositional and planning organization in Carpathian Mountains are analyzed. According to the analysis, the basic types of ski resorts’ landscape and spatial organization compositional models are formulated, which are defined by the relative position of ski resorts’ basic planning elements in the structure of landscape: radial-ring organization with compositional center in the valley or on top of the mountain; consistently linear organization polycentric and with linear compositional center in the valley (one-slope location, two-slope location and multislope location); cascade polycentric organization; combined organization. The defined compositional models in Ukraine and abroad are compered. Basing on the analysis, it is assumed that simpler compositional schemes of ski resorts in Carpathian Mountains are located on the territories of Ukraine and Romania, on the contrary to Poland and Slovakia. The basic techniques of resort village spatial organization by means of architectural composition are presented: the formation of linear composite structure with a uniform dispersal of basic spatial units along the communication space; the formation of radial structure with a single compositional center, with the communication spaces directed to the central square in front of the lift; forming a grid-structure composition, characterized by transit and uniform dispersal of basic spatial units; branching composite structure with the placement of composite nodes on branches of the main communication space. It is found that, the most common weaknesses in compositional organization of ski resorts’ spatial structure in Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains are the following: no indicated entrance area and edge between ski resort and mountain village; ill-considered visual connections between ski zone and construction zone of ski resort; lack of separation of skiers and pedestrians movement trajectories. The most common strengths in compositional organization of ski resorts’ spatial structure in Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains are as follows: central square location at the intersection of the main visual axis; dispersal of concentration nodes in summer and winter periods; short-distance corridors and compact location of basic service buildings and lower station lifts. The recommendations for architectural and compositional foundations of ski resorts’ organization are formulated. They reveal the principles of ski resorts’ basic elements composition and are presented in the following statements: 1) composition of planning solution - exposure scenario development, forming the hierarchical structure of spaces; 2) architectural composition of buildings - providing multiple scales (development of spatial zoning of ski resort bazed on the visitor’s perception), forming the hierarchical structures in the area of development, rational distribution (uniform availability) of landmarks in the space; 3) composition of environment - depending on the type of environment two opposite techniques are recommended: location in the structure of the settlement - the opposition of complex to the urban environment; location in the natural environment - opening of resort’s inner spaces into the external natural landscape.
