dc.description.abstractThe article describes actual problems of the implementing electronic democracy in Ukraine, the latest information and communication technologies and forms of dialogue between the state and citizens in order to increase the efficiency and transparency of the state authorities and the local self-government activities, and the implementation of the principles of democracy.
