Шляхи стабілізації бюджетної системи України

Abstract

Розглянуто питання бюджетної системи, яка відображає економічну, соціальну, зовнішньоекономічну політику держави. Важливою умовою успішного функціонування бюджетної системи має стати поглиблення реформи бюджетних відносин між центральними та регіональними рівнями влади на основі розмежування відповідальності за вирішення економічних і соціальних проблем країни та окремих адміністративно-територіальних утворень відповідним розподілом державних видатків та доходів. The article is considered with the question of the budqet system, which reflects economic, social and foreiqn economic policy of the state. An important condition of the successful function of the budqet system may be the profoundation of the reformation of the budqet relations between the central and reqional levels of the state authority on the basis of delimitation of responsibility for the solution of the economic and sicsal problems of the country and the separate administrativ-territorial formations with the help of the corresponding dirision of the state spending and incomes.
