dc.description.abstractРозглянуто особливості розвитку сільських територій України в управлінському контексті. Розмежовано типи розвитку сільських територій та визначено стосовно нього роль управління, основаного на ціннісних орієнтирах. Окреслено сучасні недоліки управління розвитком сільських територій. Запропоновано принципи формування ціннісних орієнтирів управління розвитком сільських територій на основних його рівнях та шляхи консолідації зусиль суб’єктів управління з метою реалізації запропонованих принципів. Peculiarities of the rural territories’ development in Ukraine in the managerial context are reviewed. Types of rural territories’ development are distinguished; the role of its management, based on value orientations, is defined. Main current disadvantages of rural territories’ development are outlined. Principles of formation of value orientations for the management of rural territories’ development on its main levels, as well as the means for efforts consolidation of management subjects in order to implement the proposed principles are offered.uk_UA
