Overcoming stereotypes and finding alternative solutions in the design of architectural objects is one of the main tasks of futuristic design. Under the leadership of D. Arch. Professor V. I. Proskuryakov conducted an analysis of futuristic tendencies, which will allow bringing in the concept of the youth medical center future principles of designing a functional medical environment with optimal psychological climate. Analysis of modern trends in the design of medical institutions has shown the importance of taking into account the psychological impact of architectural and design decisions on human health. Fundamentally, new tendencies of architectural designing of positive psychological climate that can be used to organize the spatial environment of youth medical institutions of the future are determined. The results of the survey of the students of the Lviv city of higher schools showed that the implementation of the right of a young person to medical care is a complex problem in which objective and subjective aspects are present. The critical underestimation of the need to follow the state of health has a significant psychological basis. By means of architecture, it is possible to achieve a conscious appeal of the young person for medical assistance and its involvement in prevention programs, but this requires the strengthening of state policy in youth health and the design of new types of youth medical institutions.
