The article concerns juridical aspects of the rehabilitation for people with HIV infection. Despite the fact
that there are many legal safeguards provided by legislature, social status of HIV-infected people in Russia is characterized as unsatisfactory. Besides, the study analyzes the social rights of HIV-infected patients performing physical work-outs.
