Abstract

Investigated and substantiated mechanisms of state regulation of investment activity in Ukraine. Prioritized investment at different stages of historical development. By studying the synergy investment, one can conclude that the investment process is always exposed to external and internal forces, for it is characteristic instability, openness, nonlinearity, synergetic nature which manifests itself in achieving external parameters of a critical value. The main objectives of Ukraine are: realization of state policy in the sphere of investment and national projects, the implementation of national projects, the implementation of measures to improve the investment image of Ukraine, and support investment development in Ukraine. State of Ukraine declared independence and market-based approach to the regulation of investment processes, which were directed legal and administrative regulations of investment. However, to achieve a stable investment climate in Ukraine failed at the beginning of the XXI century.
