Формування систем менеджменту «розумних підприємств» в умовах розвитку 4D-Індустрії

Abstract

Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в необхідності адаптації сучасних підприємств до нових реалій бізнес-середовища, що формується під впливом цифровізації та індустріальної революції 4.0. Сьогоднішні умови глобалізації та швидких технологічних змін вимагають трансформації традиційних бізнес-моделей у нові, що базуються на інтеграції фізичних і цифрових сфер діяльності підприємств. Одним із ключових аспектів такої трансформації є перехід до «розумних підприємств», де використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, автоматизації, роботизації та великих даних сприяє підвищенню ефективності операцій, гнучкості виробничих процесів та конкурентоспроможності. Оскільки 4D-індустрія представляє новий етап розвитку промисловості, в якому відбувається злиття технологічних інновацій із виробничими процесами, формування систем менеджменту «розумних підприємств» є стратегічно важливим для забезпечення сталого розвитку бізнесу, покращення його адаптивності до зовнішніх змін та здатності швидко реагувати на нові виклики ринку. Водночас впровадження цифрових інновацій в усі аспекти діяльності підприємств є необхідною умовою для забезпечення їх економічної ефективності та конкурентних переваг у сучасному швидко змінюваному ринковому середовищі. Результати дисертаційного дослідження є надзвичайно важливими не лише для наукової спільноти, але й для практиків у галузі управління, оскільки вони допоможуть визначити найефективніші підходи до впровадження сучасних управлінських систем на підприємствах та підвищити їх стійкість до змінних умов сучасного бізнес-середовища. The relevance of the research topic lies in the need for modern enterprises to adapt to the new realities of the business environment, which is being formed under the influence of digitalization and the industrial revolution 4.0. Today's conditions of globalization and rapid technological changes require the transformation of traditional business models into new ones based on the integration of physical and digital spheres of enterprise activity. One of the key aspects of such transformation is the transition to "smart enterprises", where the use of information and communication technologies, automation, robotization and big data contributes to increasing the efficiency of operations, flexibility of production processes and competitiveness. Since the 4D industry represents a new stage of industrial development, in which technological innovations merge with production processes, the formation of "smart enterprise" management systems is strategically important for ensuring sustainable business development, improving its adaptability to external changes and the ability to quickly respond to new market challenges. At the same time, the introduction of digital innovations into all aspects of the activities of enterprises is a necessary condition for ensuring their economic efficiency and competitive advantages in the modern rapidly changing market environment. The results of the dissertation research are extremely important not only for the scientific community, but also for practitioners in the field of management, as they will help to determine the most effective approaches to the implementation of modern management systems at enterprises and increase their resilience to the changing conditions of the modern business environment.
