| dc.description.abstract | Описано результати дослідження розряду Пеннінга з додатковим електродом (зондом), який вводиться в центр розрядного проміжку через отвір в аноді для створення дугового розряду. Досліджено вольт-амперну характеристику дугового розряду, виявлено, що в діапазоні тисків аргону р=0,05-0,5 Па існують мінімальні значення розрядного і зондового струмів для підтримування дуги. Ці критичні параметри пояснюються розігріванням зонда іонним струмом до темперетур, що забезпечують достатньо високий термоемісійний струм. Показано, що інтенсивне розпилення матеріалу зонда в дуговому розряді дає змогу збільшити швидкість напилення плівок вольфраму на порядок порівняно до напилення в комірці Пеннінга з тліючим розрядом. Results of investigation of Penning’s discharge with a probe inserted into the centre of the discharge gap through the anode orifice are described. It is found that the discharge current decreases and the probe becomes heated if its potential is negative up to 1 kV. If the discharge current exceeded 80 mA and the potential of the probe is of 1.15 kV for tungsten or molybden probes, the charge becomes of arc mode. It is found that there exist minimal values of discharge and probe currents necessary for maintaining arc mode. Results of the experiments are accounted for the emergence of thermoemission of the probe. It is shown that intensive sputtering of the probe in arc discharge enables us to increase the rate of deposition of tungsten films by an order as compared to glow charge. | uk_UA |
