Abstract
Зроблено теоретичні висновки із численних заходів: виставок, круглих столів,
екскурсій, лекцій, конференцій, семінарів тощо, які відбулись упродовж проведення
Року Івана Левинського у Львові. Висновки окреслюють необхідні першочергові
організаційні кроки для збереження архітектурної спадщини ХІХ–ХХ століть, що має
важливе значення для формування сучасної архітектури України.
The project “the Year of Ivan Levynskyi in Lviv” was aimed at finding the answers to the following questions: how should modern Ukrainian architecture develop in order not to lose its topicality or identity? The answer to this question was represented by a number of various events which were aimed at getting a wide amount of professionals and concerned citizens acquainted with the most outstanding architect in Lviv who, at the edge of 19th – 20th centuries, found the features of Ukrainian style and implemented them not only into architecture and design but also public and political as well as academic activity. During the whole year various events were taking place in Lviv and all the leading academic and research institutions and professionals (mentioned below) in the city were involved into organizing these events: holding the exhibitions – “Ivan Levynskyi. Impulse”, “Ukrainian world of Ivan Levynskyi: from a brick to an amphora”, a street exhibition, an eco-picnic in a Forestry and Wood-Technology University park, an exhibition in Venna, tens of tourist routes have been tested, a scientific conference has been held in Lviv Polytechnic National University, lecture and children's programs in Gunpowder tower, a virtual interactive route has been designed, three documentaries have been filmed, a photo album has been issued, programs, topical discussions and round tables for students of artistic educational institutions have been arranged etc. As a result, a separate internet platform has been designed, which has systematized the outcomes of held events within the Year of Ivan Levynskyi and will become the basis for further development of a mentioned above resource.
