Abstract
The article investigates the influence of various gases on the destruction of microorganisms under the ultrasonic treatment of water. It is shown that, depending on
the nature of the gas, which saturate investigated water, achieved vary in degrees of inactivation of microorganisms. Based on experimental data suggested the joint usage of ultrasound with nitrogen flushing is the most effective agent for the process of purification of natural water.
