dc.description.abstractПобудована модель когрентно-напруженої квантової точки. Розраховано вплив неоднорідної деформації, яка є на межі розділення квантової точки і гетероепітаксійного шару, та розмірів КТ на глибину і профіль потенціальної ями для електронів і дірок у гетеросистемі з квантовими точками.The model of a coherent-strained quantum point is constructed. Influence of nonuniform deformation, which is on border of the unit of a quantum point and heteroepitaxial layer, and the sizes of a quantum point on depth and a structure of a potential hole forelectrons and holes at heterostructure with quantum points, is designed.uk_UA
